House of 80 M2 for 4 people in the Aix countryside with landscaped garden at the foot of Saint Victoire and pool. Ideal for lovers of nature, calm, hiking and mountain biking.
10 km from the city center of Aix en provence and 2 km from the village of vauvenargues. 35 km from Marseille. Bus nearby.The first beaches are 30 km.
Places to visit, The creeks of cassis, The Mucem in Marseille, The Granet museum in Aix en Provence .The wine route. Aix is a very nice city where you can stroll in all tranquility. We can recommend restaurants in Aix en Provence.
You will find at 50 M of the house the restaurant the Guard. Very nice atmosphere with an exceptional sight.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster.
Satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning.
Outdoor terrace with umbrella, wrought iron sofa, armchairs, coffee table, barbecue, arbor.
Renovated bathroom in 2017, with washing machine, towel dryer.
The pool overlooks the holy victory. Very nice pool with a beach. You can rest there or read in peace on deck chairs. You can also connect to the wifi. Pétanque field.

The owners are on site. But we are very discreet people. We have been renting for many years and this has never been a problem. On the contrary, we have met our customers.
Namely that the last fortnight of August 2019 we are on holiday abroad.

Irene is the perfect host par excellence! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left she went above and beyond to make our stay such a delightful one. The house is beautifully situated just outside Aix en Provence in a quiet, tranquil setting overlooking Mont St. Victoire and the valley below. The house is charming, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. My husband and I like to shop fresh and cook which was a delight. The terrace has a table and chairs for dining as well as a sitting area for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening to watch the lighting on the mountains change moment to moment. We did not want to leave! There are countless beautiful little medieval villages within easy driving distance and of course the market in Aix is incredible. Irene knows the area well and helped us make decisions about dining, shopping and the many attractions in the area including nearby Lac du Bimont. The owners have a lovely home close by with a very inviting and refreshing pool that we really enjoyed. The gardens surrounding the house are beautifully maintained. The wisteria cover over the terrace, the bougainvillia, roses, countless other flowers, fig and olive trees complete the idyllic setting. We have only high praise for this VRBO! If you would like a picturesque, peaceful, and relaxing holiday, this is the perfect place to be.Thank you Irene for a dream of a week, Suzanne &J

Gezellig vakantiehuisje in prachtige omgeving!
Het uitzicht vanuit het huisje op de la croix de Provence is wonderlijk en neemt elke dag adembenemend!
Een rustige en gezellige omgeving met wandelingen in overvloed.
Irene heeft ons hartelijk verwelkomend en was enorm gast vrij. Ze lette erop dat we niets te kort hadden.
Het huisje en domein is enorm goed onderhouden en straalt de typische Provence sfeer uit.
Het zwembad is zalig op in op te frissen en de ideaal voor kinderen om in uit te leven.
We komen graag nog een keer terug!

Séjour fabuleux. Irène et Fernand sont adorables. La maison est top avec la climatisation dans toutes les pièces, la vue sublime et ils étaient aux petits soins pour nous tout en étant très discrets. On reviendra avec grand plaisir ! Nous mettrions volontiers 6 sur 5 si cela était possible 😊
