House to 125 m of the port Brusc not overlooked and very quiet.

4 bedrooms, 2 air-conditioned master bedrooms, an extra room can be considered for a fifth nursery.
1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms,
1 specialty television room
3 south facing terraces, east and west.
Large outdoor kitchen with essential professional plancha for the holidays.
Parking several cars, garage, table tennis, boules.
A 5-minute walk from the village center and beaches. All the comforts of a main house at your disposal.
The nearby beaches and shopping eliminates the need of the car for the duration of the stay can be hand for the races the first day with all major food retailers in 20 minutes by car.(Carrefour, Auchan, Intermarché, Leclerc ...)

The price includes pool maintenance and the SPA.
We leave 3-4 bicycles.

We had a fantastic holiday in La Brusc. The location of the property is superb, just a few metres from the sea, restaurants, shops and markets.
The house and gardens are lovely, with all the equipment you could possibly need. We were also left some amazing homemade welcome gifts by the owners.
You do not need to get in the car, as everything you could need is accessible by foot or bike.

Thank you very much indeed. Both ourselves and our friends had a fabulous time. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and the garden. The location was fantastic, walking distance of a lovely beach and some superb restaurants. The accommodation was very pleasant, spacious and very clean upon arrival.
Overall a very nice stay, thank you again.

Une semaine formidable !
La maison est très bien équipée et surtout très très bien située.
Nous avons adoré le paddle le snorkling la ballade sur le sentier côtier... Les adultes, les ados et les enfants ont adoré !
Les hôtes sont charmants et très à l écoute.
Bref une excellente adresse !

Nous vous recommandons cette maison car nous avons passé un agréable moment en famille pendant 15 jours.
Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par les propriétaires avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue fort appréciable après une longue route.
En cas de problèmes ou pour avoir des conseils les propriétaires ont été là pour nous aider lors de notre séjour ( par SMS ) ce qui est très appréciable et rassurant.
La maison est calme et elle très bien située dans le Brusc pas besoin de prendre la voiture car à proximité du port et des commerces ( boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie…)
Vous pourrez y découvrir à pied des lieux splendides comme la lagune du Brusc, les plages ainsi que les très belles criques au Gaou.
Concernant l’agencement de la maison celle-ci est complète avec une cuisine très bien équipée, de belles chambres bien décorées, un grand séjour avec plusieurs canapés et un coin TV qui plaira beaucoup aux enfants.
Pour se retrouver en famille ou pour prendre l’apéritif, vous avez une grande terrasse avec transats et des canapés autour d’un superbe citronnier, mais également une grande table en bois (environ 10 personnes) pour manger à l’abri du soleil.
Le vrai plus lorsque vous êtes nombreux c’est la cuisine d’été avec une grande plancha, cela est parfait pour faire de belles grillades sans avoir le contrainte du charbon de bois.
Pour se rafraichir ou se détendre vous avez une belle piscine sécurisée par une alarme ( non chauffée ) et un Spa pour varier les plaisirs.
Voilà, nous ne pouvons pas tout mettre dans un commentaire mais si voulez découvrir cette région dans une maison chaleureuse nous vous conseillons de venir séjourner chez M et Mme Allione.
