The well-maintained property is not only characterized by the off position, but also by the elaborate architecture. Inside the building there are only five apartments with terraces or balconies. Through the good spatial concept they are arranged so that each guest can use this outside areas protected from the gaze of others. The property is located in sunny south-west orientation and is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and spacious garden. Throughout the house the living room is high-quality equipment. Especially if you are looking for something special, your expectations will be met here.

The generously designed and sunny ground floor apartment impresses with its well thought out and functional room layout. The large, open plan living-dining area offers a cozy and relaxing stay for the whole family. From here you can access the large sun terrace (south-west orientation) with a wonderful view of the park-like garden. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob. A large dining table can accommodate up to 6 people. In addition to a flat screen is a compact stereo system with CD, USB and I-Phone 5/6 port to the equipment. Since charcoal grilling is not allowed due to the risk of fire, an electric grill will still ensure cozy barbecues on the sunny terrace. Furthermore, the apartment offers two bright, spacious bedrooms, a nice shower room (with toilet and hair dryer) and an additional guest toilet. So that you can sleep peacefully, all windows and the terrace door are provided with professional insect protection. The apartment is allergy-friendly with tile or laminate flooring. Due to the ground floor location, it is also suitable for people with disabilities.
