Bright and very quiet apartment. It is ideally located in the city center (local shops / cinema, restaurants within a few minutes' walk), and is a 3-minute walk from the Grande Plage. It also includes secure parking. Ideal environment for a relaxing stay without the need to take the car!

Appartement situé dans l’hyper centre de Biarritz. Possibilité de tout faire à pied. Dans un immeuble de charme.
Mobilier un peu défraîchi avec quelques éléments cassés (tiroirs qui ne s’ouvrent pas notamment). Pas de TV, pas de sèche-cheveux contrairement à ce qui est précisé dans l’annonce.
Il reste que c’est un excellent rapport prix/situation pour qui n’est pas attaché à ces détails.
