- No Access to the garage (available parking on the driveway)
- No Access to the walk in wine room (for decoration only)
- No Access to the dishwasher (there is a dish rack and dish soap under the kitchen sink)
- No Microwave Popcorn (there is an Air Pop Popcorn Machine and Non-GMO Kernels you can use instead)
- No Access to the Security System (please do NOT touch the security system)
- No Access to the washer and dryer (unless staying for 1 week or longer)
- If you are staying for at least one week, please ask before starting laundry (2 load maximum)
- Do not remove the pool fence
- Always close and lock the doors when you leave
- Pool Rules: swim at your own risk, no diving or running, no glass or alcohol, no life guard on duty, children must be watched at all times (FYI: POOL IS NOT HEATED)
- If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let us know immediately
- Any significant damage will result in the loss of security deposit
