For weekends or holidays, beautiful stone farmhouse in Burgundy (classified 3 stars) at 2 h 30 from Paris including the ground floor:
- A living room with stone walls, with fireplace, TV and WiFi.
- A dining room with decorative fireplace.dropoff Window
- A well fitted kitchen,
- A bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 for the first and 140 x 190 with BB bed or child's request for the 2nd.
Dependence contiguous with direct access to the kitchen, used as garage with ping pong table. Enclosed courtyard of 150m2 in front of the house.

Electric heating and insert.
Upon arrival, made beds and welcome basket.
Ideal for couple or family to a large bowl of air in the Burgundy countryside, cultural and gastronomic tours. A lot of documentation on hand to quickly prepare your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three week stay at the Gite. From the warm welcome from Genevieve to comfort and peaceful location of the lovely Gite everything was to our liking. A perfect location to explore the wonderful Region of Burgundy. Genevieve was the perfect hostess, making us very welcome and supplying helpful information as to getting the best from our stay. We particularly liked the enclosed garden where our dog could roam without concern. Thank you again Genevieve for a lovely stay. It was nice to meet you, Laurent and the family. A bientôt.

Le gite est vraiment très agréable. Un séjour au calme et au vert pour se ressourcer. Le gite est très propre et la literie excellente. Le wifi fût apprécié par notre adolescent. La propriétaire est très disponible: merci à elle!

Wir, 2Erwachsene, 2Hunde, haben hier ein paar superschöne Tage verbracht. Wir wurden ausgesprochen herzlich empfangen, das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll renoviert und der Garten ausbruchsicher, ideal für Hundebesitzer. Wer die Ruhe genießt und dafür gerne 20km zu einer Bar oder einem Supermarkt fährt, ist hier richtig.

Wir hatten einen sehr ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind hervorragend. Die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, ebenso ist alles für einen Aufenthalt im Freien vorhanden. Die kühleren abende konnten wir am Kamin verbringen, die warmen Nachmittage auf dem Liegestuhl. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es wunderbare Rund-Wege, um mit dem Hund die freie Natur von Feld oder Wald zu genießen, egal, ob 5 Minuten, 50 MInuten oder 5 Stunden. Alles direkt als Rundweg vom Haus aus machbar! Auch zahlreiche Ausflüge zu kulturellen Highlights sind mit dem Auto schnell zu bewerkstelligen und die kulinarischen Genüsse können bei einheimischen Erzeugern sofort gestillt werden. Die Verständigung mit der Vermieterin ist aufgrund ihres hervorragenden Englisch überhaupt kein Problem, sollte jemand des Französischen nicht mächtig sein! Wer die Ruhe und das ländliche Leben liebt, ist hier genau richtig!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub hier verbracht und können dieses Reiseziel wärmstens empfehlen! Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine entspannte Auszeit braucht. Der Kamin verschafft im Winter eine tolle Atmosphäre, es sind Bücher und regionale Reiseführer vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen und Backen benötigt, außerdem wartet bei Ankunft ein Willkommenspaket auf die Besucher.Die Gegend ist landschaftlich und kulturell sehr interessant, es gibt für jeden Geschmack etwas zu erleben. Die Vermieterin Genevieve hat uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen und sie spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Woche!

Second time here. Nice house in a small village. Cosy interior with a good wood stove to warm the place. The internet is upgraded and it is now possible to stream Netflix. There are games, megazines and a table tennis available.

la maison: pas trés grande mais largement suffisante pour des vacances. bonne literie la cour devant la maison est cloturée et permet de laisser le chien en liberté en toute sécurité. il ne manque rien dans la cuisine la situation géographique: région trés calme. bien située pour les visites de musés, de chateaux , de villes, de caves, de sites exeptionnels (avec voiture) l'accés aux magasins n'est pas toujours simple, il faut connaitre la région. le gps est d'une aide importante. les propiétaires: trés agréables. en résumé: nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, le temps était agréable, Dominique et Michel
