About this villa rental
Located halfway between the typical village of Marpissa with its narrow streets and whitewashed houses and the small port of Piso Livadi this villa offers magnificent views of the Aegean Sea and the Cyclades. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, a flowered garden, shaded terraces and barbecue facilities. You are 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the island (Logaras, Pounda, Hrysi Akti ...) The villa is ideally designed for families with children, couples or friends who want to spend an unforgettable vacation. She can accommodate
up to 6 adults. Possibility during the summer period to make daily excursions to neighboring islands (Delos, Mykonos, Naxos, Ios ...) from the small port of Piso Livadi. At Piso Livadi you can also have your coffee, your aperitif or your dinner by the water in a magnificent setting. In a number of beaches you will have the opportunity to practice windsurfing and kitesurfing. Shops are 5 minutes walk. In Paros there is also an airport which is 18 km from the property.

We just returned from a fantastic week in this wonderful villa.Views are amazing, walk to sweet harbour town is 20 mins but longer coming back as a steep hill to climb!The gardens and outside space at the villa were incredible and although you share the pool at times with the family villa next door and the owners apartment below they are so accommodating and discrete this was not an issue.The hospitality of Manolis and his wife Olga was brilliant. We enjoyed their home cooked meal on arrival and they were very helpful and accommodating at all times. We have 2 teens who had the 2 rooms with shared bathroom upstairs and so this 3 bedroom villa suited us perfectly.

Great expansive property for family trips, no more than 15 minute drive from anywhere you want to go in Paros from nightlife to beaches, but a quiet place to rest at the end of the day

Our host Manoli was ever so helpful, even offering to do a shop for us as the ferry was arriving at a time when the supermarket may be closed. There was a home cooked Greek meal waiting for us on check in to rival my mother’s. The property has a wonderful garden, stunning views and infinity pool and is ideally located. It’s a short distance from the port town and Naoussa but far away enough not to feel overwhelmed by a mass of tourists. The local village Piso Livadi is so cute. Has enough restaurants and a cute harbour, a few shops and a relaxed vibe. There are great beaches dotted along the coast near the property from high end organised beaches to little hideaways.
