If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and seek pure nature and tranquility, then you've come to the right place!
We rent our little Swedish dream come true in the middle of Smaland.
Our house, built in 1912, is built in typical Swedish style in red and white.
Located on a 3100 square meter natural plot with good reachable lake 150 meters away, it offers the best opportunities for rest and relaxation without having to give up today's standards.
Comfortable fireplace warmth surrounds you in all living areas of the ground floor and in the kitchen, modernity combines with the charm of ancient times.
They use a new fitted kitchen (induction), or the antique kiln.
Enjoy the first spring sun, or a beautiful late autumn day in our open conservatory, with a view of nature or the lake.
Sleep in absolute silence, in spacious bedrooms, or your children use the gallery as a play area, in case the weather should not be so good.
You can also use our rowing boat for a discovery tour on the lake.
Our villa is ideally located to many excursion possibilities Smalands!
The glassworks in Kosta, some moose parks, numerous lakes, Växjö (airport) and Kalmar as cities with flair and great shopping, the island of Öland - it takes more than an hour.
Hiking or cross-country ski trails are right on the doorstep.
Our small town Skruv with supermarket, bakery and snack bar is 2.5 km away and medical care can be found in 11 km in Lessebo.

Das Haus hatte alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht . Es gab viele Ziele im Umfeld für Naturliebhaber . Man konnte auch mit einem Boot übern den Nahe gelegenen See fahren Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können es nur empfehlen. Wolfgang und Simone

Das Haus der Schumachers ist wirklich schön. Alles was man brauch an Haushaltsgegenständen ist vorhanden. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und freundlich von Anfang bis Ende. Auch die Verwalter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Aufgrund des Infoheftes und des Gästebuches im Haus fühlte man sich auch irgendwie direkt als Teil der Familie. Es wirkte sehr persönlich und nicht anonym. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, könnte in einen (IKEA) Katalog aufgenommen werden. Sehr stilecht schwedisch. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt, obwohl wir viel Zeit damit beschäftigt waren die zahlreichen Dekoartikel vor unserem Einjährigen zu retten ;-). Danke an die Gastgeber*innen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es nur allen empfehlen die Lust auf das ländliche, ursprüngliche Schweden haben und trotzdem ein guten Komfort suchen.

Hübsches Haus mit liebevoller Deko in wunderschöner, ruhiger Lage mit ein paar kleinen abers. Im Ganzen haben wir uns hier aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.
Leider war das explizit gebuchte Internet nicht zugänglich, ebenso gab es den buchbaren Sack Holz nicht. Ersteres war etwas unglücklich, da wir Internet benötigten, Zweiteres war nicht so schlimm. Beides halt etwas doof wenn es angeboten wird und dann doch nicht da ist.
Man sieht, dass da jemand viel Spaß am Einrichten und Dekorieren hat. Wir fanden es in Teilen etwas schwierig, weil es nicht einfach war freie Flächen für unsere Sachen zu finden. 🙃
Vermisst haben wir eine Waschmaschine - wäre echt prima. Sehr vermisst haben wir einen Wäscheständer für die Handwäsche. Mussten sehr kreativ werden.
Hilfreich hätten wir auch mehr Informationen zum Stromverbrauch gefunden. Wir hatten keine Ahnung welche Geräte wie viele Kilowattstunden verbrauchen, haben daher von den vielen Räumen im EG nur 2 mit den Radiatoren etwas geheizt und zwei weitere Räume noch geringer. Hatten halt immer viele Lagen Wolle und Skiunterwäsche an. 🙂 (Die ungeheizten Räume, die wir nicht benutzt haben hatten zwischen 10 und 13 Grad!)
Die Kosten waren dann ok, es hätte uns nur merklich entspannt hätten wir vorher eine Einschätzung dazu gehabt was uns erwartet … und wenn man im Sommer kommt hat man das Problem sowieso nicht.
