Superb villa and pool in a quiet location with fantastic views of the surrounding area. It is very well equipped with everything needed for a great stay. We found the villa to be very clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent ensuring a stress free arrival and departure.

This is a wonderful property, and we're very happy with our stay there. We were celebrating several milestone birthdays, and over the course of three weeks we had visits from various friends and family members to help us celebrate. There was plenty of space for meal prep and group dinners.During the recent heatwave, the air conditioning and the pool were greatly appreciated!The views from the deck were even better than the photos in the property listing suggested.We appreciated the information on local attractions and facilities that we found in the house. Particularly appreciated was the listing of all markets in the vicinity.One noteworthy thing that was not mentioned in the materials on local attractions was that there is an extensive network of hiking trails in the hills above the house. Among other things, it's easy to explore the Roman aqueduct that passes by Sernhac (the same system that includes the Pont du Gard), including easy hikes to Roman tunnels.

Second time at this location. It is an outstanding villa with a great pool, lovely views and lots of space indoors. Sernhac is fab: there is a bakery, bar and pizzeria within walking distance. The villa is spacious, cool and very comfortable.

The house is lovely -very well equipped, modern decor (which we like), lovely pool and very peaceful. A good location for many other places - Nimes, Arles, the coast etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

This beautiful house is in an ancient town, but it is totally modern. Very spacious with a large deck to enjoy the view. Not more than an hour from anywhere you might want to visit. Get your groceries in Beaucaire, about a 20 minute drive. There are smaller stores closer, but Beaucaire Carrefour is huge and has everything. Remoulin is about 7 minutes with lots of restaurants. The pizza in Sernhac is great and very friendly. Enjoy.

Lovely property , very clean and well laid out . Although February it was lovely and warm and had every thing one needed Great for exploring the area , excellent for bike rides on and off paths , can bike for miles safely . Would love to return in spring/summer .

Lovely House

This house is very well furnished, decorated and equipped. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and everything needed was available, even a champagne stopper! The pool was perfect for the hot days during our stay. For outings it is well located to visit places such as the Pont du Gard, Avignon, Uzes, Nimes etc. The very good bakery is located a short walk from the house and for a great pizza the cafe/bar, also a short walk away. We would definitely return to this house.

The owners have done everything to make us feel good: new, soft and clean bed sheets and towels; wifi speed, tvs in the bed rooms; garden furniture; barbecues, ... The terrace and the garden are very pleasant and sunny.

We really enjoyed staying here. The pictures give a good sense of the villa. The balcony is lovely and has great views while there is plenty of space inside with very effective air con. We enjoyed cooking. The pool is not large but fine for us in terms of swimming and splashing around. Sernhac also needs emphasising. The bakery is excellent: very fresh croissants in the morning - had to go back a couple of times while things came out of the oven. The pizzeria is good and functions as a bar. I thought it was a really charming place for a stay. But most of all we enjoyed lounging around, reading and relaxing in the sun.

We have had a wonderful week in this lovely property. It was very comfortable and peaceful so we have really relaxed. The house is decorated with taste and furnished with all you could need. We instantly felt at home there. We enjoyed the pool and all the outside areas too which were not overlooked and were very tranquil. We loved the village which is charming with meandering little streets and a great bakers run by a lovely couple. The baguette "lilou" they make was our favourite but the viennoiseries were all good too. We enjoyed the walk through the garrigue to St Bonnet and kayaking on the Cèze but the house is so well situated you are spoilt for choice with places to go. Alysson made us very welcome and the house was spotless. We are very sad to leave.

We loved the property and the situation. The village is delightful and as a bonus,despsite not being listed in google, had its own bakery. Fresh croissants every day ! We also found a very nice restaurant, a few hundred yards walking distance in a local hotel, which was a perfect setting for outdoor dining with very friendly owners. The property was clean, well fitted out & decorated etc. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need if, like us, you still want to cook on holiday. Très agréable maison moderne, avec tout le confort, très bien située pour des visites dans la région (Uzes, Pont du Gard, Avignon, Nîmes...) Belle terrasse, jolie vue sans vis à vis, pas très loin de l autoroute mais pas du tout gênant. Piscine non chauffée mais très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (enfants de 21 à 13 ans) .

Wij, vier volwassenen, hebben genoten van onze vakantie in dit huis. Het is zeer ruim, modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een goed werkende WiFi. Je merkt dat alles met zorg is uitgezocht en ingericht. Je voelt je hier echt thuis! Er is een heerlijk zwembad en heel veel buitenruimte, zodat je overdag altijd in of uit de zon kunt zitten. Er zijn ook twee BBQ’s en er is voldoende parkeerruimte op het eigen terrein. Op loopafstand van een bakkertje. Heel veel mooie plaatsen in de buurt zoals Arles, Nimes en Avignon. Voor ons was er geen enkel minpunt. Echt een aanrader om hier te verblijven.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette agréable villa . Nos ados ont eux aussi apprécié. Nous étions dans un endroit calme sans vis à vis . La villa est très bien équipée ( à noter la wifi fonctionne parfaitement) et conforme à la description de l’annonce . Excellents contacts avec la propriétaire et acceuil et suivi chaleureux d'Alisson Villa plus que parfaite Situation à coté du pont du gard et à proximité de Nimes,Arles, Uzes, Avignon, Orange, Saint Remy Le Ventoux et les villages du Luberon sont à 1 h de route Les champs de lavandes en fleurs près de Roussillon sont merveilleux et un concert de Soprano aux arènes de Nimes est inoubliable En résumé une seule critique : séjour beaucoup trop court vu le ralentissement des activités prévues compte tenu de la canicule !!!!!!

Uzes und Umgebung sind privilegiert. Römische Befehlshaber, Päpste, Herzöge und viele Künstler haben dies schon genossen. So wie wir. Das Haus in Sernac liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der Straße nach Remoulins-Uzes in einer ruhigen Zone. In ca.3 km Entfernung gibt es einen Carrefour mit allem , was man braucht. Für die Autos stehen Plätze zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat eine schöne Terrasse und man gelangt direkt in die Wohnräume sowie in die angeschlossene Küche. Zwei tolle Urlaubswochen in einer super abwecklungsreichen Feriengegend, aber das wussten wir schon von früher. Wir verbrachten bereits das dritte mal Urlaub in dieser Gegend.

Wir waren in den Herbstferien zwei Wochen (eine Woche zu sechst, eine Woche zu zweit) in Sernhac in diesem tollen Haus mit Panoramablick, Garten, Terrasse und Swimmingpool. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll, modern und praktisch möbliert, die Küche ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem. Stauraum ist mehr als genug vorhanden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden von Alysson sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit dem Fahrrad (über die „Voies Vertes“ kann man z.B. sehr schön nach Beaucaire radeln) perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

La maison correspond à la description qui en est faite. Accueil chaleureux par Alisson à notre arrivée, le logement était propre et très bien équipé que ce soit au niveau de la cuisine, matériel et ustensiles et des salles de bain qu' à l'extérieur (transats, salon de jardin, terrasse, luminaires....). Nous recherchions un logement au calme et nous n'avons pas été déçu pour nous c'était le paradis. Le village est très bien situé et un point de départ idéal pour toutes les choses à visiter dans la région et elles sont nombreuses. En résumé en ce qui nous concerne nous avons passé des vacances idylliques et c'est certain nous y reviendrons.
