You want to visit the LOT 'Land of Wonders' this cozy apartment, quiet, very bright
located along the river LOT and practically in the town center will be your home port.
You are a 7-minute walk from the Town Hall (city center).
On its large terrace you can enjoy boating, the VALENTRE Bridge and its illuminations at night.
You will not be bothered by the noise of vehicles, trains or planes but perhaps by the tumult of the water on the road or the humming of the micro - power station.
If you like walking, fishing, archaeological sites, old buildings, basements, underground caves, swimming, boating, sports and cultural activities, small good and great restaurants, all these activities will be at your fingertips .
You will easily find to park around the residence.
Apartment sunny, bright, well conditioned équipé.Sa s main room opens onto the terrace, the room overlooks the Lot. The decor and furnishings were treated.
The bathroom has a closed shower.

Le logement de Nelly est irréprochable, propreté nickel, équipement complet, literie confortable, … tout est conforme à l’annonce. La vue sur le pont Valentré depuis la spacieuse terrasse est superbe. Nelly et son mari sont très agréables et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Nous espérons revenir !
