We welcome you to this air-conditioned sea view studio located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a residence in the city center of Calvi. It is composed of a large living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) and a private covered terrace.
Surface area: 27m2 + 8m2 terrace
Capacity: 2 to 3 people.
Beds: 1 double bed 160x200cm and 1 single bed 90x200cm.
Arrivals/departures: from Sunday to Sunday in high season (7 days min.).
Immediate proximity to Calvi beach (200m), the city center/port, (500m), shops (100m) and leisure activities (diving, surfing, tennis ...).
Calvi airport 7 km away, Calvi train station 5 minutes away, Ile-Rousse ferry terminal 20 km away.
Rental classified 2* at the Calvi tourist office.
Household linen included (for two people: 2 sheets, 2 pillowcases, 1 bedspread, 2 large towels, 2 small towels, 1 bath mat and 2 tea towels). Provided as a pack. Professional quality. Beds are not made.

Casa Orsoni is a small family seasonal rental structure located in the city center of Calvi.
We offer different types of accommodation: studios, apartments and a house.
Our rentals are located on two adjoining sites (two separate entrances): one in our large private Mediterranean garden of 6000m2 and the other in building C of the “Résidence Casavecchia”.
In high season (July-August), we only rent by the week. Arrival and departure days are fixed. They are, depending on the accommodation, either from Friday to Friday, from Saturday to Saturday, or from Sunday to Sunday. You can consult under each ad the arrival and departure days specific to each accommodation.
In low and mid season, we sometimes relax arrival/departure days as well as length of stay. Do not hesitate to contact us if our online schedule does not allow you to book.
Ideal location, car not necessary.
Beach 200m away, town center 500m away and first shops 100m away.
Calvi airport 7km, Ile-Rousse ferry terminal 20km.
Parking, baby equipment, wifi and linens included.
Optional final cleaning (30€, 50€ or 70€ depending on accommodation).

All studios and the Corsican house (80 m²) are equipped with air conditioning. On the other hand, the apartments (55m2 and 40m2) are only equipped with fans.

Très bon emplacement près de la plage et du centre ville. Bien équipée, calme, vue magnifique sur la citadelle, la mer et la montagne... Ce serait bien de pouvoir fixer la pomme de douche et problème pour capter toutes les chaînes de télévision.

Appartement très agréable. Avec vue magnifique sur la mer. Situé à deux pas de la plage, des commerces et du port . Avec jardin à notre disposition reposant ,un véritable havre de paix ...Marie José, la propriétaire est très sympathique, à votre disposition ..Je compte bien revenir ..Et puis la Corse c est tellement Beau ...

Marie è stata un ottima host, molto gentile ed accogliente.
L appartamento è dotato di tutto lo stretto necessario ed ha una vista veramente bella su Calvi ed il mare.
