Had a week in a cosy Gotell near the centre of St Vasst! All you need to make your stay comfortable was provided. Owner met us on arrival and showed us round and ensured we had all we needed. An open fire in the lounge was not really needed for heat as the weather was mild, but we could not resist the cosy nights in front of the fire! But do drag your self away and visit “Les Fuchsias” a few meters along the road, delightful dining experience in all ways. A browse around the famous delicatessen M.Gosselin will pass a pleasant hour and tempt you to spend a few euro on a delicacy or two. Don’t miss the Market at Bricquebec on Monday, delightful medieval town with quintessential French market. A walk out across the causeway to Ile de Tatihou is well worth the effort, but be prepared to go ankle deep at least in water to get there. Lovely area well worth a visit!

Very nice stay at the property. We were met at the arranged time and all went very smoothly. The owner provided a thorough tour of the property and we were welcomed with a bottle of local cider and some cakes. I would recommend the house to stay and would definitely book again if I am in the area.

Une petite maison très agréable, avec un accès très rapide à pieds aux commerces et au port. Les extérieurs (une petite cour et un jardin) sont jolis. De bonnes soirées au coin du feu ont ponctué des visites de la vallée de la Saire et des côtes environnantes avec une météo de saison ;-) L'accueil par les propriétaires a été très chaleureux. Ils nous ont bien renseignés sur les possibilités de visites et de sorties dans la région.

Wir waren dort zwei Wochen im Juli / August 2019 mit Kind und Hunden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! :-) Besondere Highlights: der Wintergarten, der Innenhof mit Sommerküche und der Garten. Einziger Minuspunkt: das Doppelbett. Es ist sehr klein und sehr wackelig! Die Vermieter sind superlieb und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie sind jederzeit erreichbar und kamen sofort wenn wir etwas brauchten!

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette petite maison. Vu le temps, nous avons pu manger dans la veranda. Merci pour le cidre et la confiture offerts par les propriétaires. L'endroit est très joli (félicitations pour le prix du "Village préféré des Français". De Cherbourg jusque Utah Beach, nous avons rayonné facilement dans cette belle région

Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Eine schöne typisch französische Wohnküche mit allem was man braucht, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Ledersofa, ein Wintergarten mit Sitzplatz und noch ein Sitzplatz auf der schönen Terrasse mit der allten Steinmauer und den Pflanzen und dahinter nochmals ein Garten mit Kirschbäumen...und Sicht auf Palmen. Eine Holztreppe nach oben.zu den zwei Schlafzimmern mit schönen alten Möbeln und dem Bad..Ganz in der Nähe der Supermarkt und bis ins Znetrum etwas 15 Minuten. Sehr nette Vermieter, wir bekamen noch selbstgemachte Marmelade geschenkt. Und konnten sie per handy erreichen. Wir haben schöne Spaziergänge gemacht, das Znetrum mit den netten Läden, Restaurants am Hafen, die herrliche Insel Tatihou und die wunderbare und sehenswerte Umgebung entdeckt.

On s'est caille car on ne peut mettre les chauffages à fond, l'ectricite étant en plus. Télé datant de la préhistoire. Ce logement ne devrait pas être loué comme gîte... Nul nul nul...

Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et naturels À l'arrivée une bouteille de cidre au frais, des confitures maison et des madeleines nous attendaient La location est une très agréable maison remplie de surprises On a des possibilités multiples selon le temps Un grand jardin, une cour fleurie avec table et chaises de jardin, une belle véranda équipée avec les toilettes, un salon intime avec canapé, fauteuils et télé, une cuisine bien équipée et en haut 2 belles chambres avec salle de bain douche et WC Beaucoup de place Nous sommes conquises par cette maison Ne pas hésiter 💚💜❤️

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble. Maison propre, assez lumineuse grâce à la véranda. Propriétaire charmants. Jardin très agréable. Petit bémol que nous avons oublié de mentionner aux propriétaires : le lit double n'est pas très grand donc nous touchions sans cesse l'armature en pied de lit.

Nous avons passé 4 jours en famille avec 2 enfants de 6 et 7 ans. Le gîte est propre, accueillant et bien équipé. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très sympathique (avec confiture maison). Bien situé, à l'entrée de St Vaast. Bref, un gîte où l'on se sent bien et qui évolue bien.
