In the town of Gassin 7 km from Saint Tropez 80 m² wooden house with a capacity of 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms WC, 2 terraces (East / West) with 400 m² garden located in a pine and oak forest with distant views of the village of St Tropez. Near the beaches of Cogolin plage (1 km) La bouillabaise (4 km) Ramatuelle -Pampelone (9 km).
For children there is a large amusement park nearby. (1km)
We provide linens (sheets, tea towels) and prepare the beds the first evening.

Everything was super: the location, the peaceful environment and beautiful greens. Great backyard with lots of room to eat and relax or tan. Super clean and quiet. The owner and property manager were easily available...great communication.

Wir haben 10 Tage in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es war alles super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die in anderen Bewertungen bemängelte Dusche war völlig in Ordnung. Das Haus liegt in einem Park, von dem man allerdings nichts erwarten darf, man geht also am besten davon aus, dass man irgendwo ein Ferienhaus gebucht hat. Der Park ist bis auf ein Restaurant nicht bespielt. Die Tennisplätze, die aber nicht im Angebot aufgeführt waren, waren verschlossen. Einziger Nachteil: Das Wifi hat nicht funktioniert. Alles in allem kann man das Haus sehr guten Gewissens empfehlen.

Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Pinienwald. Die Ferienanlage selbst ist etwas herruntergekommen. Das Haus ist für Französische Verhältnisse sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings für Deutsche Verhältnisse etwas unsauber. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, wären neue Duschkabinen notig. Auch der Garten bzw. Außenbereich hätte mal nen Gärtner oder Hausmeister notig. Jetzt im Hochsommer wäre eine Klimaanlage noch ein tolles (fast nötiges) extra gewesen. Das Internet / Wlan ist sehr langsam, das ist in der Region aber ein alltägliches Problem in der Hochsaison. Der Netz-Ausbau ist nicht nur in Deutschland schlecht. 😉 Wir würden allerdings wiederkommen.

Cozy wooden house with everything required to accommodate up to six people. We spend a weekend there with 4 adults. Enough room for everyone, cozy beds and clean bathrooms. The host took perfect care of us. The whole communication as well as the arrival and departure procedures worked out perfectly. The house is definitely on our list for another stay.

Das Haus befindet sich im Oasis-Park, 10-15 Minuten (zu Fuß) entfernt zum Géant Casino (Supermarkt). Das Haus hat in diesem Oasis-Park die beste Lage von allen Häusern, man kann sogar St.Tropez von der Terrasse aus sehen. Super Zimmeraufteilung im Haus. Die Küche ist mit allem Nützlichen ausgestattet. Gerne wieder. (PS: Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort (für Schlüsselübergabe und Kaution) spricht nur französisch !!)

Très belle location tout confort. Dommage que le volet roulant fonctionne mal nous avons du le laisser ouvert tout le sejour et nous avons eu des problemes avec le wifi ( prise de courant ne fonctionnant pas et numero wifi illisible). Sinon tout est superbe, la villa, le cadre, la proximité de St Tropez, Grimaud ...... Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au calme dans ce hameau bien situé, proche de Port Grimaud et à l'abri de la foule tropézienne. Le gite est fonctionnel et agréable, l'accueil très sympathique avec Cécile. Cette location est idéalement placée pour rayonner sur les environs et bénéficie d'un calme appréciable avec une vue entre pinede, chalets et mer

Excellent séjour. Location encore mieux qu'enoncé. Habitation impeccable avec un service parfait. Calme absolu. On était bersé par les chants des oiseaux . Notre intermédiaire sur place, Cécile , est la gentillesse incarnée et très disponible. Proche de St Tropez , Port Grimaud et autres villages touristiques sans en avoir les inconvénients . À recommander vivement et en espérant y retourner bientôt.... Peut être septembre, on ne sait jamais. Encore merci
