This completely renovated barn is set in the heart of a walnut exploitation - with acres of walnut groves all around.
Set all on one level the gite comprises an open plan living area, bright and airy, with whitewashed walls and beams, and offers a large french window looking over the private heated pool and terrace.
This living room comprises:
* A fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle..
* Comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with French and English channels. There is even a piano for evening entertainment!
* A dining area with table and chairs.
Two bedrooms lead off this living room:
* One double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps
* One twin bedroom again with bedside tables, lamps and wardrobe.
* A shower room with vanity unit;
* A separate WC.
A good standard camp bed can be added to accomodate a fifth guest.
