It is located on the third and last floor of a secure residence with elevator.
The residence benefits from a fully enclosed and secure parking, a large swimming pool open from May 15 to September 30, a large garden and direct access to the beach.

a second bedroom a single bed
and a semi-closed mezzanine with a bed 140 and its water point / WC

Das war ein großartiger Aufenthalt in einer wundervollen Umgebung. Bei Ankunft hätte ich mir mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht, aber da konnte man ja zum Glück selbst schnell Hand anlegen. Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Vermietung.

Très belles vacances de Pâques. Plage + le grand aquarium de Canet en Roussillon + l'achat de poissons au marché du matin = un séjour de joie qui a enchanté petits et grands

Endroit très confortable et agréable à séjourner. Propriétaire super correct et appartement très propre, sans aucun soucis nous recommandons cette location.
