About this apartment rental

Cocoonr offers this 58 m² duplex flat with sea and mountain views for rent in Saint-Cyprien, with direct access to the beach less than 100 metres away. It can accommodate up to 8 people and has a communal swimming pool. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 13 m² living room with a large 24 m² terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a shared garden.

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 13 m² living room with TV, sofa, open fitted kitchen with breakfast counter and direct access to a large terrace overlooking the shared garden.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Separate shower room and WC for added comfort
- Entrance hall with door leading to shared corridor and staircase cleverly designed to maximise space.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) and double sofa bed, with private balcony offering sea and mountain views.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds, ideal for children.
- A second shower room and separate WC.

Additional facilities: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron, fans.

Outside:
- The 24 m² private terrace on the ground floor gives access to the communal gardens through a gate.
- On the first floor, the private 8 m² balcony offers uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains.

Shared exterior :
- The spacious communal gardens house a shared swimming pool and have gates offering direct access to the beach.
- The pool, accessible only through double gates, includes a large pool and a shallow children's pool. Open from May to October, it is closed at night (with cover) and supervised in high season. Access is reserved for residents with a key and the pool is not heated.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques and restaurants are less than 2 km away.

- Saint-Cyprien offers the chance to discover its harbour and lagoon. Boats leave regularly from the port for Collioure and the Costa Brava.
- Aqualand waterpark a stone's throw from the accommodation
- The Jardin des Plantes, classified as a "Jardin Remarquable de France", is within walking distance, and the Parc de la Prades provides a green link and leisure area between the port and the village of Saint-Cyprien.
- On summer nights, every Tuesday and Thursday, the traditional summer activities of the seaside resorts are organised.
- The Eastern Pyrenees offer a wealth of different things to discover

Nearby events: In summer, the Roussillon region hosts numerous festivals and events, almost every day.

The residence is surrounded by cycling and hiking trails leading to Port Saint-Cyprien and along the coast. In summer, a small tourist train runs in and around the town, while a tourist boat links the port to the lagoon.Buses serve the Port, the village, Perpignan and Argelès several times a day, with stops just a short walk from the flat.Port Saint-Cyprien is a 10-minute drive away, two shops near the port offer bike hire, and you can also hire boats or take advantage of the nearby riding centres for horse riding.
At the front of the residence, a large private residential car park is accessible via an automatic code gate. The spaces are not numbered. There are no restrictions on the type of vehicle, with the exception of campers and vans, which are not permitted.
