About this house rental
MINI VILLA full of charm on 4 mini-levels, in a very wooded and flowery residence, located on a hill overlooking the pleasant seaside resort of Porticcio 15 minutes from Ajaccio and 10 minutes from the airport.
Porticcio offers many activities: various water sports (sailing, jet skiing, parasailing, scuba diving, windsurfing ...), horse riding, tennis, golf, nightclubs ... and many walks: North, Calanques de Piana, Scandola reserve by boat, Gulf of Porto. To the south, cliffs of Bonifaccio. Inland: mountains with torrents, lakes and activities (hiking, tree climbing, canyoning, rafting ...)
The residence has 2 swimming pools (free), tennis courts (visible from one of the terraces, chargeable) and a mini soccer field (chargeable) as well as two pizzerias. Parking at the foot of the house.
Shops, Carrefour, Post office, doctors, pharmacy etc ... as well as the sea and the beach are 900 meters away (5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot).
The house has a flowery garden and 2 terraces not overlooked, one of which is covered and shaded (hard roof + awning) fitted out for garden furniture meals (table, chairs, benches), barbecue, deckchair, which allow live outside and enjoy the magnificent sunsets and the Corsican climate.
Superb view of the Gulf of Ajaccio from the 2 terraces, the living room, the master bedroom and the kitchen.
The house is composed:
Upper level: master bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), sink area, dressing table, large sliding cupboard, ceiling fan. Sea view.
At the entrance: a small entrance. A bedroom with 4 bunk beds (2 x 2 beds), 2 large drawers under the bed, 1 closet, 1 bedside table.
A small functional bathroom with bath, sink and cupboards. Separate toilets.
On the lower level: a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, small multifunction oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster ...) a modular table and chairs, leading directly onto the terrace covered. Sea view.
At the last level: a living room with a BZ type sofa and a new sofa, a living room table, 2 low storage units, 1 table, 1 flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, directly overlooking the lower terrace . Sea view.
You will receive a welcome on site.
End of stay cleaning possible: € 50.
Possibility to rent linens: sheets € 10 per bed (towels and tea towels offered)

Logement très bien équipé, fonctionnel et conforme à la description (demi-niveaux). La terrasse ombragée est très agréable, nous y avons pris tous nos repas ; la vue sur mer est vraiment belle. L'accueil et la disponibilité de Julie sont parfaits. Deux bémols : pas de climatisation donc en cas de fortes chaleurs, les nuits peuvent être difficiles même si il y a des ventilateurs. Et l'animation des bars et boites de nuit de Porticcio en contrebas fait du bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin (musique et micro), surtout le week-end. Mais emplacement de location très bien, piscine propre et résidence très fleurie.

Parfait, nous avions prévu la visite de la Corse du sud avec nos amis qui découvraient cette île. Pied à terre bien situé proche des commerces et de la plage.

Tout s’est très bien passé, la maison est très agréable, avec sa terrasse et belle vue.
Certains outils de cuisine pourraient être rénovés comme les couteaux ou le four, mais la cuisine est bien aménagée et c’est parfait pour des vacances.

Malgré quelques bémols sur l'entretien de la maison, séjour agréable, vue magnifique sur le golfe d'Ajaccio, coucher de soleil...
Dommage de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la piscine et de ne pouvoir se rendre à la mer à pieds (distance de + 900 m avec pente raide)
