About this chalet rental

It is a Savoyard farmhouse dating from 1820 tastefully renovated located in an environment of mountains and nature, near the village of Thônes.

The farm is surrounded by nature, comprising 120 m2 of living space with parking, terrace, garden, kitchen, living room, dining room, shower room, toilet, 3 bedrooms including a small bedroom adjoining the house.
The first floor is reserved for the owner who lives there without opposite and with an independent entrance.
The price includes: (sheets, wood for the fireplace, water, electricity, heating, cleaning ....) Everything is included.

For the winter season, provide equipment suitable for the vehicle.(snow tires and snow chains or snow socks)
Possibility to park below in case of heavy snowfall.

We spent a lovely week here in August. The property is spacious, cool and well-equipped. Loved the outdoor grill, used it most evenings. The views from the house are just beautiful. We'd love to return.

We had a fantastic week at Michel's beautiful chalet. It is much larger than the you think from the pictures and is beautifully crafted with a very high standard of equipment. We loved staying in the property for many reasons but particularly enjoyed the outside space where we cooked , ate and the children played. The chalet felt very private and the location is wonderfully scheduled yet not far at all from Thones and Lake Annecy. I would highly recommend staying and we will visit again. Thank you very much Michel!

We stayed with 6 adults in this warm and cosy house during last Chrismas. We fell at home immediatly, everything was present and the interior of this old farm is restaurated with love and craftmanship. The owners are very welcoming and the house is surrounded by silence and beautiful nature! We defenitly come back here!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette ancienne ferme en pleine nature, rénovée avec goût, spacieuse et agréablement aménagée, au fond d'une jolie vallée et vue superbe sans aucun vis-à-vis. L'accueil des propriétaires est sympathique et discret, l'aménagement de la ferme est fait de telle manière qu'il est impossible de deviner qu'ils habitent sur place si on ne le sait pas.
