About this villa rental
Dapper villa with private pool and mountain views in Maria de la Salut, in the centre-north of Mallorca. It welcomes 6 people.
Enjoy mediterranean life within a quiet and rural area, enjoying astonishing views over the countryside and the mountains. The private salt water pool is 8m x 4m and a depth ranging from 0.4m to 1.7m. The pool is fenced for a mayor security of the smallest ones. Lay down on one of the six loungers and enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun. Ample terraces are just perfect for a barbecue. Additionally, there's an outdoor shower. The fenced plot is 3500m2 and there are no direct neighbors around so you'll enjoy privacy.
A living-dining area with A/C, TV with satellite channels, DVD and modern sofa has access to a terrace. The spacious and modern kitchen is open to the living area and features a induction hob, utensils and dishwasher. There's a laundry room with dryer, washer, iron and ironing board. All three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two twins) are equipped with A/C, closet and shower bath en-suite. Two have access to a terrace. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request. Additionally, there's a toilet.
Maria de la Salut is a quiet place that forms part of the zone Pla de Mallorca. A car is absolutely necessary, first of all to go to the beach. Playa de Muro and Can Picafort Beach are 15 km from the house. On Wednesday you could visit the most traditional market in Sineu. If you visit us during spring, you can enjoy a lush green and flower covered landscape which you can enjoy by bicycle or hiking. The town center offers restaurants, grocery shops and everything else you may need for an independent stay.

We had an amazing time here! The place was exactly as it was described and exactly like the photos. As said in previous reviews there are dogs at the next door neighbours, however they rarely barked. The views are incredible, the pool is lovely and clean. The bedrooms were perfect, as were the bathrooms. The kitchen/diner/sitting room was exactly as shown and was very spacey! Only thing I noticed was the barbecue grill was coated in grease and was black. But definitely did not affect the excellence of the place! The response from the host was excellent. Always answered any questions I had almost right away and answered them best they could. Very helpful! Thank you so much! Absolutely recommend!

Una casa muy cómoda y bien equipada. Si te da igual estar alojado en un lugar un poco alejado,la casa es ideal. Tranquila,limpia,buen acceso desde la carretera y buena iluminación. Tiene todo lo necesario y las habitaciones y baños son muy amplios.

Wir hatten einen wirklichen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus. +sehr schön und modern eingerichtet (genau wie auf den Bildern) +super Ausstattung +der Pool und die Aussicht sind wunderschön +unkompliziert Kommunikation bei Rückfragen - nur ein negativer Punkt ist, dass an dem nächstgelegenen Grundstück, eine Werkstatt oder ähnliches 1-2 Hunde gehalten werden bzw. in einem Bereich eingesperrt sind und diese den Tag über und auch in der Nacht sehr laut bellen. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist dadurch teilweise etwas schwierig. Hier kann natürlich der Vermieter nichts dafür, aber trotzdem schade, dass immer noch viele Hunde so gehalten werden. Alles in allem ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen!

Alles war super! Die Organisation hat auf jede Mail mit Fragen sehr schnell und hilfsbereit geantwortet. Die Finca ist ein Traum! So wie in der Beschreibung und noch besser. Sehr sauber alles. Sehr unkompliziert Abwicklung vorher. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :-)
