We had a fantastic week here as a family with 2 young children, 4 & 6 years old. We had a lovely welcome at the property. It was clean, the air con worked perfectly (although the property stays cool without), the pool is saltwater and is great, we used it every day. The grounds were a real highlight and we loved spending time in the garden and with nice outdoor lighting and comfy seating for the evenings too. It is a vibrant but peaceful setting. We all loved seeing the wildlife in the ponds, the river and garden. The house had everything we needed and more. Sebastian was responsive and helpful. Lovely nearby towns to visit in Blois, and Montrichard (great beach on the Cher river). And we had great pastries, bread and strawberry tarts from the nearby dolmen boulangerie-patisserie in Chapelle-Vendômoise. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This is a beautifully secluded place to stay. Worth it for the pool alone which is heated, private and not overlooked. You have the whole place to yourselves. Ideal for two people. It is perfect if you love nature and tranquility but also ideally situated for the many attractions this area has to offer. We hope to return soon.

Fantastic setting, amazing pool (we may have held a couple of late night pool discos), and great wildlife. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well equipped house, exploring the local area by bikes. We highly recommend taking a trip out to the pretty village of Lavardin and Vendome (market on a Friday). Large Cora supermarket only 5 minutes drive.

The surroundings of the house are extraordinary. Large heated pool, fantastic patio with hammock and chill out area, a garden that is truly a well maintained parc with lots of birds, frogs, fish and rabbits etc. The house was well equipped. A paradise-like hide away when you decide to spend some time far away from civilization. Just close the property gate and you will find everything you need to dive into tranquility and recreation. Within 30-60min. you can reach Chambord, Amboise, Tours, Orléans and many other attractive places in the loire valley. We were welcomed very friendly and everything we asked for was answered instantly. We highly recommend this place!!

Me and my friend went there everything was fine . And the owners welcomed us. Lovely couple with madam. If you really want to unstressed and flow with the nature your at the Wright place. Super relaxing and so beautiful and amazing place to. Be Hopefully we will return again. Just take a look. It was beyond excitation just loved. It💖💖. I totally recommend that place.

We enjoyed our stay very much and were impressed by the wonderful and huge garden adjacent to a small river. Actually it was rather a park than a garden. The house has very cosy atmosphere and is individually furnished. It is spacious for two persons, however a bit confined, if you stay over there with four people.

Un cadre exceptionnel dans un très grand parc naturel, préservé et bien entretenu et au calme. Une situation idéale pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire et cette belle region. A 5 min d'une très grande zone commerciale et 10 min du centre de Blois. En plus des atouts extérieurs, cette location dispose de tout le confort et équipements à l'intérieur. (Wifi, canal+, Xbox, et la clim!) De belles vacances à partager en famille.

Que dire de plus....sauf que quand on arrive sur place on a les photos en tête, mais on est qu'en même surpris par la beauté du lieu. Amis de la nature cette location est pour vous, calme absolu, faune multiple, descendez la riviére en canoe (fourni), pédalez sur les routes de campagne (vélos à dispo) en bref que du bonheur, on ne regrette que la durée du séjour car on serait bien resté plus longtemps......et qu'on aimerait voir ce lieux au printemps!!!!!!!

Un jardin extraordinaire...

Un jardin extraordinaire...

Une maison très propre et équipée de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin (on voit qu'elle est habitée toute l'année) entourée d'un superbe parc paysagé et bien entretenu d'un hectare, à l'écart des nuisances de la civilisation, en pleine nature, mais avec tout ce qu'il faut à 10 minutes. C'est idéal pour déconnecter et rien que le jardin permet déjà de petites promenades quotidiennes sympathiques dans tous ses recoins, à observer les grenouilles dans les points d'eau (très beau bassin sur la terrasse !) et de nombreux animaux (écureuils, oiseaux, lapins...) qui s'y plaisent beaucoup (refuge LPO), sans parler de la rivière et du ruisseau qui bordent la propriété. On a bien apprécié la terrasse pour les repas et son salon d'été couvert qui fait un petit cocon douillet permettant de passer sa journée dehors même si le temps n'est pas très chaud. La situation est idéale pour les visites des châteaux de la Loire (tous les "Ch" : Chambord, Chenonceau, Chaumont, Cheverny mais aussi Blois, le musée de la magie et le très beau zoo de Beauval), on peut donc faire un séjour qui combine une vraie détente à la maison et de nombreuses visites alentours. Enfin, pour faire ses courses, le centre commercial Cora est à 5 minutes. Et en prime, pour les parisiens, vous évitez la galère du trajet de départ en vacances interminable avec bouchons puisque nous l'avons fait en 2h seulement, pourtant le week-end du 15 août (mais comme on ne met que 2h, on n'a besoin de partir qu'en début d'après-midi, donc après tout le monde). Bref, ça ferait une résidence secondaire idéale ! Si vous recherchez un grand jardin rien qu'à vous, le calme, la nature et les visites culturelles, le tout à 2 heures de Paris, cet endroit est fait pour vous !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. La maison est très confortable, bien équipée, lumineuse et très propre. Ce qui nous a séduit, nous qui voulions un cadre naturel, c'est la grande terrasse avec sa pergola et son bassin avec cascade, le tout donnant sur un magnifique jardin longé par une rivière. Il est d'ailleurs classé en réserve d'oiseaux. Les enfants étaient enchantés d'observer écureuils, lièvres, hérissons, oiseaux de toutes sortes, et notre fils s'est même initié à la pêche, la maison étant équipée de matériel de pêche. Nous avons aussi profité des vélos mis à disposition et fait quelques superbes balades en canoë sur la rivière. Pour les sorties, nous avons visité plusieurs châteaux : Blois, Chambord, Chenonceau et Cheverny et le superbe zoo de Beauval que nous recommandons. Côté pratique, bien qu'étant en pleine nature, la maison est à 5 minutes en voiture d'un grand centre commercial. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très aimable et nous a donné des conseils sur les choses à faire dans la région. Nous conseillons cette location à ceux qui cherchent tranquillité et confort pour des vacances dans la vallée de la Loire.

Beau et grand jardin privé. Avec une grande terrasse et un salon. Beaucoup de trucs de cuisine et tous ensemble de café et de détergent, etc linge de lit pourrait louer. C'est bien simple, nous avons passé une semaine magnifique en tous points ! Nous voulions un cadre naturel et calme pour nous reposer : difficile de faire mieux. En même temps, nous ne souhaitions pas être trop éloignés des commerces : un grand centre commercial à 5 minutes en voiture ! La maison, les équipements, l'environnement, tout est propice à des vacances familiales apaisantes et revivifiantes. J'ai testé plusieurs locations et je place celle-ci parmi les 1ères voir en même en tête. Merci aux propriétaires et leur mandataire qui ont su répondre à toutes nos attentes.
