It is composed of a corridor, a living room with high quality convertible sofa, with TV, wifi and a kitchen area with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, toaster , kettle and dishes. The bathroom with tub and the w. c are separated.
The sheltered terrace has a large table, 2 chairs, 2 armchairs, 2 rest seats and 1 parasol.
The car park is private and secure. Bicycle storage

Saintes Marie de la Mer has the most wonderful atmosphere and this property allows you to make the most of it. The grounds are completely private and just outside is the beach! The peace and quiet was so relaxing and the swimming pool area an added bonus. The property has everything you need, without the frills. We loved it and hope to return again next year.

Un appartement très propre, fonctionnel, tout équipé avec une vue merveilleuse sur la mer où l'on est accueilli avec des petits présents par les propriétaires de façon chaleureuse et qui sont d’une grande gentillesse. La voiture peut rester au parking puisqu’à quelques pas le sable fin, la plage sans oublier que vous êtes au centre des Stes Maries en moins de 5 minutes. Je le recommande fortement à celles et ceux qui veulent passer des vacances sans aucun souci, dans un endroit formidable. Laurent du Pas de Calais

un appartement où l'on est accueilli avec chaleur, un endroit propre, tout confort, avec tous ces petits riens que les propriétaires ont déposé pour vous acceuillir de façon très sympathique, vous savez toutes ces petites choses que l'on oublie toujours d'emporter, sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, café et j'en passe. Une vue merveilleuse sur la mer, une piscine, le calme, la sérénité des lieux. quelques pas le long de la plage et vous êtes au centre des Stes Maries. 5 5 pour cette location, d'ailleurs on ne s'y trompe pas, nous sommes revenus pour la ....4ème année et avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine. Idéalement située. La voiture peut rester au parking. La plage est vraiment à 2 mn à pieds. Le centre des Saintes Maries à peine à 5 mn à pieds. La piscine et le cadre sont enchanteurs. L'appartement décoré avec soin et très fonctionnel est extrêmement bien entretenu. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et bichonnent les locataires, bref vous l'aurez compris je recommande sans réserve.
