The house was lovely and very comfortable. The outside spaces were gorgeous and the perfect place to relax and de-stress. There was lots to see in the surrounding area but it was always so good to come back to Boissieres

    A lovely adventure.
    A lovely adventure.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Boissieres and the apartment at 25 rue du puits neuf in particular. It had everything you could wish for by way of facilities once you found out in which draw they lived! We did not realise the accommodation was on the first floor and the only negative side to our stay was being somewhat aged we found the stairs a little bit of a problem, the front stairs were too worn to use safely and the ones to the terrace would benefit from a handrail. Having said that the pool area and gardens were lovely, we really meant to ask Patrice what the name of the magnificent tree in the garden was, but forgot. It was lovely to be woken each morning by the Starlings and Sparrows when they came to breakfast on the vines, you could nearly set your watch by them, very relaxing. All in all we were looked after very well and would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing place to stay.

W pobliżu brak restauracji i sklepu. Należy mieć auto.

    A delightful choice

Our holiday was for 10 days at this delightful property. The beautiful and carefully presented accommodation made our holiday very special, and we would easily reccommend it too friends. We spent a great amount of time there, often spending the whole day around the superb, quiet, beautifully designed pool area, and only going out for an evening stroll through the local footpaths and amongst the vineyards. It is located in a quiet charming old village. When we did feel like venturing out, there is much to see, without having to drive too far. We slept superbly, and relaxed amazingly. The apartment is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. It's large, roomy, and I could imagine it being photographed for a country house magazine. The kitchen is it's only weakness but well equipped, and it joins onto a very good sized lounge/dinning area. The owners were very polite, helpful, welcoming, yet very respectful and unintrusive. We are likley to holiday there again.

We had a wonderful week in this property. It is located in a quiet and characterful old village, in the proximity of most interesting places to visit: as well as fascinating Camargue area, we also drove to Arles, Nimes, Montpellier etc. The car is essential if you want to explore. There are great markets nearby. The place itself is lovingly equipped and decorated in the traditional manner, very charming. The large bathroom and comfy bed compensate for a quirky layout. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped. The best feature was a great elevated terrace with a swimming pool from which you can watch beautiful sunsets, it looks over the lovely large garden. The flat is a part of a gorgeous large honey-stone house and it feels secluded, cosy and embracing at the same time. The owners are friendly, helpful and unimposing. When I left behind organic herbs I picked in the area, Andree posted them to me - I was delighted! We would highly recommended place to spend the week or two, exploring the area.

This is our tenth gite in France, and outstandingly the best. It ticks all the boxes. The accommodation is spacious, characterful and extremely well appointed. The garden and the separate pool area are bliss. The village is quiet and I could stroll to the next village to get the morning bread. Finally, so many attractions are within a short drive: Pont du Gard, Nimes and Arles, the Camargue, the beaches and Montpellier. We shall definitely return!

Perfect home base for cycling day trips

This vacation apartment is a delight because it retains its medieval character while offering all the modern conveniences. The apartment is very spacious -- practically too much space for just the 2 of us! My husband and I particularly enjoyed spending time by the swimming pool to listen to the morning birds, or watch the sun go down over the valley. The owners, Andrée and Patrice, were very gracious to accommodate our interests. We told them that we were not travelling with a car, and were interested in exploring the region by bike. They arranged 2 bikes for us, and even drove an hour (each way) to pick us up at the train station because the trains were cancelled due to a strike! This valley region is well connected by “la Voie Verte”, which is a greenway built on an old railway track to travel comfortably and safely by bike, with views of vineyards and hillsides. We will recommend this property to all of our friends!

Romantic setting in the South of France.
Romantic setting in the South of France.
Beautifully decorated cottage in a quaint little village in the South of France. Close to many attractions. Never wanted to leave there. Could come home in the evening and enjoy a bottle of wine, cheese and bread by the pool. The setting was magnificent. Very private and charming. Celebrated Anniversary there with my husband and couldn't ask for a more romantic setting. Our hosts were wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Can't wait to go back. If you want to experience the South of France at it's best, without all the crowds, this is the place to stay. Loved it.
