About this house rental
This family home has character! It is 2 km from the railway station Sablé sur Sarthe and the Abbey of 4mn SOLESMES.(TGV 1h15 from Paris Montparnasse) or 250 km from Paris by car (2h30 by A11 or A81) .3 / 4d'h Angers. 2 hours from Nantes.
Many visits as possible in the region.
Located in a green setting yet close to all shops,
'La Noë des Roches is located in a beautiful park (2ha) rugged (unsecured) and bordered by a small river (itself unsecure).
The house is perched on top of two old lime kilns stone Solesmes giving all the character of a medieval fortress imposing this old farmhouse renovated with taste. Barbecue, plancha are available. They allow rural lunch followed by relaxing siesta in the shade of linden trees and walnut trees or beside the swimming pool heated by solar panels and secure. (5m x 10m). Trampoline nearby.
Enjoy good parts of Foosball, pinball, board games, for music lovers, it even has a piano. All these facilities are available.

We have just returned to Ireland after a wonderful and relaxing two weeks in this property . Our two families 4 adults 8 children aged between 9-17years loved the property and its location. The villa, pool and grounds were spacious and superbly maintained . We found the location just perfect for enjoying golf , trips to the DDay beaches in Normandy and Bayoux Tapestry ,Chateaux D'usséy and the various water based activities of the Sarthe River.We also visited Pay du Fou which was superb . This is the sixth time our family has used Home away.co.uk successfully . We have enjoyed holidays in Portugal, Italy and Spain however both our families agree that this stylish property is our favourite . We were made feel very welcome. Thanks again Alix and family for sharing your lovely home with us. Hopefully our paths will cross again ! Edel Gill
