The modern apartment complex with exclusive apartments captivates by its optimal location: Only a few meters to the long and wide sandy beach and the beach promenade, 300 m to the train station of the Baltic Sea resort and only about 600 m to the pier, town center and the Kurhaus. In the newly built property there are spacious apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms, some with sauna. Underground parking, bicycle storage and elevator in the house. Environment: You can find a bike rental near the house at the train station (300 m).
