About this house rental
THE WONDER.
Very nice house completely renovated, located in the heart of the village and 30 meters from the sea.
70 m2 livable on 3 levels. Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children (15 years maximum).
Fully equipped open kitchen, lounge / dining room with a TV and a wood stove for evenings by the fire (purchase of wood possible at the gas station Ambleteuse, open 7/7 days of 7h to 20h), open on a landscaped courtyard with possibility of communication with the neighboring house, identical, for stays with family or friends.
On the 1st floor, a bedroom with double bed 140 cm with TV and shower room, 1 bedroom with 2 children's beds (max 55 kgs) bunk, 1 bathroom with sink and bath, separate WC.
On the 2nd floor, 1 attic room with TV, 2 single beds of 80 cm, possibility to join them for 1 double bed of 160 cm.
The arrival on site is scheduled between 16h and 20h. We have a supplement of 15 € for any arrival after 20h, on Sundays and public holidays.
Possible rental of household linen (bedding + bath) - 15 € / person.
Deposit on booking + Deposit: 300 € - Compulsory final cleaning: 80 € (+ intermediate cleaning possible).
THE SEA SEA is rented for the entire week during school holidays (France and Belgium). Pets are accepted with the prior consent of the owners. Waste must be brought to the different containers of sorting at the end of the stay.
We offer a second house, terraced and perfectly identical, with the possibility of opening the communication between the houses by the inner courtyard, to accommodate groups of up to 12 people (8 adults and 4 children).

Brilliant location-easy access to the wonderful interesting beach with its huge boulders, rock pools and sand.
A modern, fresh, welcoming house. A well equipped kitchen with ample cutlery and crockery.
Easy free car parking in the street.
Great selection of nearby restaurants as well as ‘take aways’ and local fishermen selling their catches from their homes.
Audresselles was a lucky find and so easy to get to from Calais.

Het huisje in Audresselles springt eruit qua inrichting. Het rustige koertje met deur naar buiten is ideaal voor het stallen van fietsen en is een aangename plek om te eten.
Binnen is het allemaal extreem krap bemeten. Gezellig met 5 in de zetel kan niet, daarvoor is er gewoon te weinig zitplek. Zelf losten we dat op door een zetel van het terras binnen te halen ‘s avonds. Verder zijn er veel te weinig glazen en tassen. Misschien zijn er in het verleden een aantal gesneuveld en niet aangevuld? Dit is echt een minpunt!
Zowat alles is Ikea, ook de matrassen en die leken van mindere kwaliteit. Geen aanrader om lang op te slapen.
Het had allemaal iets ruimer gemogen. Een badkamerdeur van nog geen 60cm breed is echt wel smal.
Nu, we hebben schitterend weer gehad, dan is de beperkte ruimte veel minder een probleem. Tof om een week te verblijven maar de volgend keer zoeken we iets groters met betere matrassen.
