About this cottage rental
Cute cottage that has a fresh clean look throughout. Close to numerous safe beaches on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula. Short walk to buses. Close to childrens playground, leisure centre and skate park. This is a good boat ramp at Stanmore Bay. Ferries can be caught at Gulf Harbour to Auckland City and Tiri Tiri Maitangi. Approx. 20 minutes north is Wenderholm Regional Park.

Please do not exceed the number of overnight guests which was stated at the time of booking, as your booking could be cancelled or terminated.
I have provided the following essentials for short stays, for longer stays please replenish these items.
There is tea, coffee, sugar available.
A liter of fresh milk and a bottle of mineral water is supplied on arrival.
There is also salt, pepper and oil. some basic items are in the fridge.
Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher supplies, washing powder, fabric conditioner and cleaning products are in the cottage.
Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner are provided for guest use for short stays and we request that these are not disposed of or "borrowed".
Other grocery items can be purchased from the supermarket, which is 2 minutes away.
All linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
There is a file in the Cottage with a safety card, wifi code, maps of the area etc.
Special conditions:
Please treat our house as if it was yours and leave as you would like it to be found.
By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree to the House Rules. You will be asked to leave if you breach or choose to ignore them.
We have cameras on the main house, for security purposes.

Super clean and stocked with everything you might ever need in self contained accommodation. Just like being at home and the supplied towels and linen are an extra luxury.

We have stayed here before. Its location suits us perfecty and, as always, it is comfortably furnished, well equipped and immaculately clean. The hosts are always welcoming and helpful. We certainly anticipate returning to the cottage, if available, in the near future.

Was a comfortable stay with lovely linen and a clean cottageThe road noise on the first morning kept us awake. Otherwise a comfortable stay. Great equipped kitchen.
