Located on the island of Oléron and near the beaches, this house is the promise of exotic holidays and relaxing on one of the most beautiful islands along the Atlantic coast.
With 2 bedrooms, this house of 63 m² can accommodate up to 6 people for a family vacation with children on the edge of the ocean.
The house consists of a main room with lounge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a sunny terrace and vis-à-vis. Many equipment contribute to a successful holiday:
- Equipped kitchen with full appliances
- TV area with hi-fi system, cable
- Private parking
- Hairdryer in the bathroom
- 1 double, 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed
- Washing machine, laundry
- Terrace, barbecue, garden furniture
Children are welcome, the house is perfectly equipped to receive: cot, high chair and fenced yard to allow kids to play outside.
Note that the sheets are not provided, however, the rental price including 90 euros (sheets, towels and final cleaning) is possible.

From the happy welcome, the Welcome Pack of local produce, and the clean, comfortable house, we had an amazing holiday.The property is of easy reach by foot to the town, restaurants, beach and port.The ideal base for this beautiful island to be explored by car or bike.Thank you Gerald and Nelly for a memorable stay

Que du bonheur cette location,5 minutes du centre ville et de la plage à pied,tout en ayant l'avantage de la nature,les chevaux lorsqu'on ouvre les fenetres et la nature, les petits lapins dans le champ en face, des gens pour vous recevoir aimables et disponibles pour vous donner de bonnes adresses, quand à la maison tout est parfait, encore merci pour cette semaine superbe sur votre Ile,très bien pensé,
