The villa features two spacious sitting rooms, ideal for relaxing and socializing. The rooms are well-furnished with comfortable seating and have views of the pool area. The open layout makes it easy to move between the different areas, and there’s also an office should you need to work during your stay.

The headline says most everything that needs saying. The villa is large, well maintained and picture perfect. It is made clear that you are renting someone else's lived in home and you are asked to respect that fact. The villa is well stocked and you re invited to use whatever is on the shelves in the kitchen area. The bedrooms are a good size and although we would have preferred more single beds that turned out not to be a problem because the teenagers found their own solutions.
Outside is a well maintained garden bordering a superb pool area. This was well used and much liked by all 10 of us.
The host, Gerd, could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful well appointed villa, exactly as described. The owner and his team couldn't have been more helpful both prior to our arrival and during our stay.
The villa is huge and as we were a party of 10 of mixed ages this was our primary reason for booking so we were delighted with the space and the facilities.
The villa is set in a beautiful location very quiet but with easy access to the town of Javea - we especially enjoyed old town with its quieter restaurants and bars
We would definitely book again!

Beautiful well appointed villa, exactly as described.
