About this house rental
This House of 90 m2 with a very large private courtyard, Rue de l'Ocean, facing south, is ideally placed a few meters from the beach Arnerault and less than 400 meters from the port of La Flotte. House feels, equipment and new furniture.
The house is composed of:
- 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor: 1 bed 160/1 bed 140/2 beds 90
- 1 bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs
- 1 separate toilet on the ground floor and 1 upstairs
- Large TV in the living room and TV in one of the bedrooms
- unlimited internet by modem
- private courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. BBQ Weber charcoal.

This room has a beautiful fitted kitchen with new equipment: induction hob / convection oven / microwave / large fridge freezer / dishwasher

A superb property that exceeded our expectations. The house was beautifully appointed, modern yet characterful, and very well equipped. We had everything we needed! The location was perfect, too - a few minutes’ walk to the beach and not much further to the centre of the village. La Flotte itself is gorgeous - very quaint with its harbour and cluster of restaurants and shops close by. You’re spoilt for choice for lunch and dinner. Of course, bike hire is a must on Ile de Re and we enjoyed hiring the bikes and touring the coast - also cycling into La Rochelle.
Finally our hosts Didier and Marie were fantastic - so charming and helpful, and communication with them before our stay was easy and efficient. Thanks to you both!!

The house sits in a great location, walking distance from the port and the beach.
The house is modern, functional and very pleasant. The contact with the owner is smooth and professional, helping us his best for us to get a great experience. Would definitely go back.

Maison très bien située à quelques pas du coeur de la Flotte, parfaitement équipée et rénovée avec goût et des matériaux de qualité. Séjour très agréable et communication très facile avec le propriétaire. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
