This beautifully appointed Wellfleet home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience—just one mile from Wellfleet Center, the Harbor, and the iconic Cahoon Hollow Beach. Set in a serene and private location, it provides a relaxing retreat while keeping you close to everything that makes Wellfleet special.
Inside, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully designed layout featuring both formal and informal living spaces. The main level includes a modern, well-equipped kitchen that opens to a casual dining and family/TV room, ideal for gathering after a day of exploring the Cape. A formal dining area and living room offer additional space for entertaining or unwinding. This level also features a full bath with shower and a bedroom with a double bed—convenient for guests who prefer first-floor accommodations.
Upstairs, the second level includes two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another offering both a full and twin bed, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests.
The home is fully equipped for a carefree vacation with central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, two flat-screen TVs, a charcoal grill, outdoor furniture, and an enclosed outdoor shower—perfect after a day at the beach. A private yard and deck provide peaceful outdoor spaces to relax, dine, and enjoy Cape Cod evenings.
Short 3-night stays are welcome with a cleaning fee, which is waived for bookings of seven nights or more. Please note: linens are not included but may be rented or brought from home. Administrative fees and applicable taxes may apply.

A comfortable, spacious, clean space that is well laid out. While the interactions with the managing company were totally fine, the lack of contact with any human with a name was off-putting. The kitchen was adequately equipped but could benefit from more water glasses. The outdoor shower needed cleaning. The art work throughout gave a homey feel.

Great location, plenty of indoor space, nice kitchen and indoor eating space, and big clear garage made storage of boats, bikes, and beach gear easy -especially appreciated during a rainy week.Cons- outdoor shower has a drainage problem that kept us from using it, new shower nozzles needed in 2 other showers.Overall nice house, worked pretty well for us.

When you stay at a property for 6 weeks you get a different perspective than if it was for a week. I was told I would have cleaning supplies and a vacuum which was not the case. I had to ask for supplies multiple times and I finally got a vacuum. The living room was a dead zone. it would have been nice to have a tv in that room instead of a small one in the kitchen/ dining area. We could not accomodate tv viewing with 4 people comfortably in that room. the kitchen utensils were practically useless. They must have come from a junk store. Lots of useless utensils and old and frankly gross. I found the beds to be very uncomfortable, I had yo buy a topper for the master bed. The location was great. It was nice having a two car garage. Its a nice house but the layout was not conducive to using the living room. I would recommend the house to a friend if it was only for a week or two.
