About this house rental
DEEMED HOLIDAY RESIDENCE
ideal rental for families with young children or teenagers. the terrace overlooks the heated swimming pool of the residence open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to the end of September.
You are in the immediate vicinity of the reception (children's clubs, restaurant ...), the children's playground and far from the 'theater' and the teen club (SPOT) !!!
House renovated in 2013 with taste:
FLOOR
- bedroom 1: 140 by 190 bed with chest of drawers and wall-mounted TV
- bedroom 2: bunk bed (2 people), a trundle bed (1 person who slides under the bunk bed).
- on the landing 2 large closets
- Italian shower room, suspended toilet, electric towel dryer
DRC
- entrance with cupboard under the stairs
- suspended toilet
- living room-kitchen (about 20 m²)
sitting area with a sofa bed (extra bed), 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a wall-mounted TV
kitchen area: granite table and chairs, granite worktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher in 45 cm, washer-dryer and 2 induction hobs (posable), back of house left to tenants' discretion (salt, pepper, paper towel, aluminum foil ...)
Rental possible WE 150 euros from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon
Weekdays possible 60 euros per night (after agreement of the owner, 2 nights minimum)

The description of the location was excellent. The house is clean and very good equipped, the whole location is nice situated and very quit in October. The owner is a very friendly person, we can recommend the location without any concern. We have been here for one week, spent a lot of time at the beach for surfing and made a trip to the dune of Pyla and Arcachon. All in all it was a very recreative vacation. Many Thanks!
