The house of Agnes is an invitation to discover the natural, gastronomic and historical heritage and to rest.
Located halfway between Paris and Lyon, north of Burgundy and on the edge of Champagne.
Its geographical location will allow you to go to different destinations: Noyers sur Serein, Vézelay and Avallon, Semur en Auxois, Châtillon sur Seine, Troyes, Dijon, Beaune and its vineyards ...
The equipment of the house has been looked after to offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay.
On the ground floor, it is composed of a large living-dining room with fireplace, a large kitchen, a bathroom.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms including a master suite with shower and separate wc.
Outside, a large garden with terrace and barbecue for your meals.
Children's games: A swing set with slide and swing, sandpit.
The house is not overlooked, calm assured!

This was just perfect for a much needed break. A warm welcome and a well equipped house. Spent most of the time sitting in the back garden admiring the view! Only one very slight comment about the wi-fi; signal is almost non-existent so even surfing is very slow, perfect if you are not in a hurry:) And yes, the bread machine allowed us to meet other people from this and surrounding villages at 8am, dont delay as it goes very fast!

This is a large, comfortable cottage in a good locations for exploring Burgundy. It is in a very quiet, small village. There are several very good restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive. Our favorite surprise was the fresh bread vending machine that was a two minute walk from the cottage that was filled each morning. The cottage was well equipped with everything that we needed for a week's stay. Agnes Hay was a most helpful hostess. We would stay here again if we were to go back to this area.

La maison d'Agnès a contribué à rendre notre week-end du 14 juillet très agréable. Nous étions 5 personnes (3 + 2) , je pense que cela est l'idéal pour profiter pleinement de la maison

Très agréable maison, conforme à la description et très confortable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au calme chez Agnès qui est adorable, facilement joignable et de très bon conseil. A recommander !
