Pretty detached house in a subdivision close to the old village and trade (400m), the beach is accessible about 1.8km by bike path or car.
The house is 90m2 with a room of life in RDC on kitchen and stay opened of 45m2.
On the floor 2 rooms of which one with a done up veranda with sight on the sea and a arrangement for the children (reading, baby foot etc ...)
