This pleasant studio is a cozy place for a couple to enjoy their stay in Barcelona. The private terrace lets a lot of light into the flat and in the warmer months it’s a perfect place enjoy a pleasant home-cooked lunch or dinner or even take a rest while you’re on vacation.
The location couldn’t be better since it’s just a few minutes from the most important tourist attractions around Barcelona.

This studio apartment in Barcelona has a double bed and a sofa-bed. When you rent this flat you have your own fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also offers air conditioning, a heating system, a high speed Wi-Fi internet connection and satellite television.
Nearby the studio apartment you will find two of Barcelona’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Sagrada Familia Cathedral and the Sant Pau Hospital modernist building complex, which also has a restaurant with a pleasant terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner throughout the summer and winter months.
The neighborhood is also very peaceful and safe with a great offering of all types of shops, restaurants, bars with outdoor terraces, etc. You also have easy access to two metro lines and more than ten bus lines that can take you to the other districts of Barcelona.
This studio flat is located on the top floor of the building and can be accessed by elevator. It also has a 25 m2 terrace that comes equipped with two lounge chairs as well as a table and four chairs so you can have a lunch or dinner at the apartment during the summer months while enjoying a view of the Sagrada Familia Cathedral.
Our main office is in the same building and is open to the public and guests from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm every day of the week, so we can offer you any help you might need or answer questions you might have during your stay in Barcelona.

The property is as described. Communications with the owner are prompt and clear. Check in was friendly and efficient.The space itself is a good sized studio, suitable for two. The balcony is a good size and adds to the space. Kitchen is ok to make simple meals,and has a good range of pots, filter coffee maker and stovetop esspresso plus a toaster.Bed is comfy, couch and other furnishings in good order.The area has a good 'local' feel with a range of eating options.Eas walking distance to the Sadrada Familiar, and well connected by metro to further afield.pans cutlrety etc. Also comes with

Our stay in Barcelona and the studio apartment was perfect. The building location is convenient to bus and metro stops and within easy walking distance to Sagrada Familia and Recinte Modernista de San Pau. There are numerous excellent restaurants nearby with great suggestions by the host. All communications were prompt and the host even made a taxi reservation for us to the Airport for our departure (early Sunday morning). The studio itself is plenty of room for a couple and has a lovely, huge balcony; you can see Sagrada Familia and in the evening, it's beautiful all lit up! The kitchen was stocked well enough to make breakfast and a dinner or two. We would stay here again!

We were delighted with our apartment and stay in Barcelona. Our hosts were very helpful in providing clear directions and visitors information. The apartment was well maintained and had a great outdoor terrace. The location was perfect for getting around easily. We would highly recommend it for a couple.
