The apartment has wall to wall wood flooring and 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. The self-catering kitchen comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven-microwave and all the essentials you might need during your stay including a full bath with a shower.
It also comes equipped with air conditioning, a heating system, a Wi-Fi internet connection and a satellite television.
Next to the Sagrada Familia:
The flat’s location in the Sagrada Familia district means you’re in for a quiet and peaceful stay in an authentic neighborhood of Barcelona where the people you see in the street also live nearby. It’s a great way to get to know the real essence of what it means to live in Barcelona and be in direct contact with the people who live there and get to know their daily customs and routines.
The neighborhood is safe and offers a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars with outdoor terraces, etc. for you to enjoy. There are also two metro lines and 10 bus lines that stop nearby so you can easily reach the other districts in the city.

We had a great time at this spot. We made coffee every morning and took lots of walks to hot spots, especially at night. The air conditioning made hot Barcelona afternoons cool for us. We had excellent wifi access, and communication with Frédéric, the property manager, was simple and friendly (he's just a few meters away). He had great advice for us and even helped us book a train to Madrid.
I would definitely stay here again for the price, the convenience, and the comfort.

Very comfortable, air-conditioned apartment in a terrific neighborhood. We loved Avenida Gaudi!! And the management was both efficient and outstanding. We totally recommend this place and would happily stay there again.

Great property and Service. Very clean and great recommendations for food, drinks and public transport. 2 bedrooms with separate entries. Kitchen offers everything one needs including toaster, fridge freezer, microwave and more. Communication with the host and his assistant was perfectly working in english. Great Experience, would totally book again!
