About this apartment rental
Flat of 80M ² air-conditioned in calm residence with 300M of the sea and the town center, close trade. Private parking in front of the building entrance. Big room of bright life, two rooms with beds of 160 of which one with tv and access to a balcony. A BZ of 90. Two balconies. Equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, induction plates ...). Wireless. Suitable for two couples or families with children. Bicycle garage in the condominium.
4th floor with elevator. Balconies not overlooked (1st to the east, second to the west). Solarium on the roof of the building, three sunbathing provided. Quiet neighborhood, shops a stone's throw away. ¨Possibility access to the sea along the Preconil, without passing through the city. Navettes Maritime (St Tropez at 15 Mn, St Raphael ...), direct links or tourist walks from the port of Sainte Maxime.
The proximity of the shops, the town center and the sea, allows a holiday without vehicles.
Only small animals (Bichon, York) are allowed. Only one per stay. The agreement of the owner is necessary.
Possibility to rent sheets, towels (toilets and beach), Kit Baby, delivery shopping (Drive). Request to make at booking.
Included in the price (kitchen towels, bathroom mats, mattress protectors and pillows).
Price WE (3 Nights) at 150 € / Night (days to be defined).
The tenant will have to call the owner to block the dates.
Arrival is on Saturday at 16:00 and departure at 10:00.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this apartment in July 2022. The apartment is top, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay of a family: 2 bedrooms, a living room with a convertible sofa, separate shower room and WC, air conditioner / la clim (only in the living room), Netflix and a large screen TV, all kitchen appliances and electric devices, a lot of pillows/duvets, 2 balcons. It’s just a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach and Bianca Cabana plage café, and it is a 1 min walk from a large Carrefour grocery store. It’s on the 4th floor and has a parking space outside the entrance. The apartment is spacious (68m2) and in a good condition. We really enjoyed our family holiday staying there. I fully recommend it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, qui est grand, propre, très bien organisé, proche de centre ville ainsi que de la base nautique, la clim est un plus.
