Great house, clean, lots of space and good location. House alarm is a great adder. Street parking in front of the house was great!
Bed was comfortable on overall but the matress was lacking support towards the headboard. Recomend flipping the matress.

Decent location just a block from St. Charles.St. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice cups, glasses, dishes and cooking tools. You could make everything from scrambled eggs to lasagna. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom tub is a disaster. The shower is hand held, the curtain doesn't fully cover so you're wiping water.off the floor after you shower and is slippery and doesn't have a bath mat. The floor.throughout the property was dusty. If you walked on it in white socks the bottoms got black. The TV was great once the sign in issues were resolved

Festival it's walkable distance from French quarter and on the other side garden district which is absolutely brilliant. Secondly, parking is available in free around.
