Look out for the yellow gate—that’s your landmark. The address may say Constance Street, but the actual entrance is on Poeyfarre Street (your driver will thank you). We booked a three-bedroom unit and would happily return. Although it was listed as ground floor, we were given a first-floor duplex—which honestly felt like an upgrade. The space is generous throughout: large bedrooms, all en-suite, a big kitchen, and king-sized beds that can comfortably fit six.
A few improvements would make it even better: no washing machine (a bit unusual for serviced apartments), bathrooms could use simple touches like glasses for toiletries, an extra blanket for the sofa would help, and the shower pressure could be stronger. It’s also on the quieter side of town, so food and convenience aren’t right outside your door.

I liked how secure the property was, my family definitely felt safe. The lady security guard was helpful and nice.
The WiFi would go out and in, the couch wasn’t very comfy. It also had some dog hair, presumably, under the couch cushions.

It was a nice and comfortable space, the hosts were very responsive, great location to explore the city from.
We stayed on the first floor and could hear all the street noises, cars going by late at night and the street cleaner at 5am.
