L’arco Milos Suite

It was beautifully decorated, very spacious and comfortable. The room had everything we needed from cooking supplies, to toiletries. The location was only a short 10-12min walk to the port which was nice.

I liked it but when I came back from my activities outside I thought the room was going to be clean again but we didn’t get the day cleaning, so we had to stay there like that..

They didn’t do the day cleaning, I had to ask for towels cause the ones. We had from the first day were wet.

Well designed apartment, located a couple of hundret meters from the centre.

Inadequate host without any idea about service. We came in and observed a bad smell filling the kitchen (coming from the fridge) which we complaint about. First comment was the rooms get always properly cleaned and we are the first complaining. Further she repeated several times she can not verify any smell. Two things on that: Her opinion doesn’t count at all as the guest shall feel comfy, secondly it was respectless to say so as this smell was so disgusting we didn‘t store anything in the fridge without wrapping it in plastic. The height of this intolerable was telling us she hopes „this stops here now“ reffering our discussion (without having done anything at all).
