The quiet location and stylish furnishings invite you to relax. The apartment offers 36 m² with terrace, large window and two skylights. The driveway and terrace are paved with granite. The combined living, dining and kitchen area was designed to be open. The bathroom is bright and friendly, with a shower, sink and toilet.

Die FeWo war sauber und ordentlich und entsprach den Bildern im Inserat. Die Umgebung ist toll, zum Zippendorfer Strand ikommt man schnell. Tolle Fahrradtouren sind möglich. Unangenehm für uns war, dass die Wohnung auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters lag, auf dem eine Baustelle ist.

Sehr gute Lage. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, mit dem Rad am See entlang schnell in Schwerin City und der Sandstrand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß fast vor der Tür.

Das liebevoll, praktisch und hell eingerichtete One-Room-Haus mit separatem Bad/WC und überdachter, bestuhlter Terrasse ist mit seinem Abstand zum lebendigen Treiben am Zippendorfer Strand (ca. 400 m) und dem vielbesuchten Schwerin (5 km herrlicher Radweg am Seeufer entlang) genau der richtige Ort um sich von Sightseeing, Ausflügen und Radtouren in Ruhe zu entspannen. Die bei unserer Ankunft sehr saubere und u.a. mit frischen Blumen dekorierte Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht - so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Vermieter-Familie Stoffer ist sympathisch und bei Bedarf jederzeit hilfsbereit; in der gesamten Abwicklung vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes immer freundlich und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben. Was nicht angegeben wurde - diese befindet sich auf einer Baustelle. Dadurch ist das Umfeld nicht sehr angenehm.
