"rustico" cottage "Casalini", surrounded by fields and vineyards. 2 houses in the resort. 10 km from the centre of Scansano, 25 km from the centre of Grosseto, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 40 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 3 ha. Private: garden, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Patio, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 10 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 10 km. Riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Porto Santo Stefano 45 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 50 km, Pitigliano 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. There are 2 horses belonging to the owner kept on the grounds. Please note that the pool is sometimes used by the owner.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, die Natur, der Ausblick in die Hügellandschaft von der Terrasse aus, das geschmackvolle kleine Feriendomizil und natürlich der große Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
