About this house rental
We are in the Maremma in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, on a hill of olive trees from which you can enjoy a panoramic view as far as the eye can see to the sea. It is a newly built independent house in a secluded and quiet location. The apartment reserved for you has 90 m² divided into: double bedroom, large bathroom with bathtub, furnished kitchen and living room with bed / sofa, as well as a porch with private garden and enclosed parking. Ideal for families.

The pictures do not do this place justice. From the moment we booked we were treated like family, the good kind. You will not even get in the door before you will just stand on the front patio and bask in the view. As we entered we were struck by several things. 1. It is spacious. 2. Everything is so clean. 3. The decor is the perfect balance of elegance and homey. 4. The remodeling was done well, not cheaply. 5 And this is huge... No Perfumes! There is no odor to cover up. Thank you for that!
This place is about 15-20 minutes out of Grosseto. That worked well for us as it was a working trip. The peace and quiet allowed me to get a lot of work done. The internet was good although my uploads took a while. The driveway up the hill requires care but is so worth it.
We asked for, and immediately received permission to entertain another couple one evening. As we were finishing up dinner our hostess knocked on the door with a crostata (Italian pie, see picture) that she had made for us to share with our guests. That thoughtfulness marked every aspect of our stay.
We travel for a living. We will be home less than 2 months this year. We stay in hotels, B&Bs, and condos all the time. Their memories blend into each other over time. Not this one. We will be back!
