To the outside is roadside parking, and free parking in a public car park. Resting in a pretty location with an abundance of charm, Hare & Hounds House is a wonderful retreat in a charming part of England. This property accepts a minimum of two-night bookings.

Allendale is ideally placed for access to Carlisle to the west, Hexham to the east or the Roman Wall just to the north. There are lots of walks and unspoilt villages in the surrounding North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is an ideal location for exploring the surrounding countryside or travelling further north to the glorious Heritage Coastline.
