Escape to the Smoky Mountains at Touchdown's Treetop Chalet! This luxury three king suite / three and a half bath chalet is perfect for couples and families. Offering tremendous views of the Great Smoky Mountains, Touchdown's Treetop Chalet is only minutes from Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort, downtown Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
This magnificent chalet features a large game room with a pool table, HD TV, wet bar, and stand up arcade game (Miss Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Frogger, Galaga, and many more!) Guests will also enjoy sitting amongst the treetops in the 6-person hot tub on the large back porch. Because of the spacious design, each King Suite offers privacy and comfort. Every suite has a full bathroom, television, DVD player, and king bed. One of the suites even has a gas fire place and private balcony overlooking the Smoky Mountains!
A large sunken living room with a gas fire place and 65in Sony 4K UHD TV and Blu-ray player is the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing, hiking, or white water rafting. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room allow for dining in, and the charcoal grill is great if you'd like to grill out. Laundry facilities are just downstairs in a spacious laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
All Touchdown's Treetop Chalet guests are eligible to enjoy the privileges of Chalet Village Owner's Club which includes the use of all 3 convenient Chalet Village Clubhouses with pools, baby pools, pool tables, and tennis courts, complete with snack bars to enjoy a full day of fun. These are all located on Ski Mountain, pools are open May - September and are only available to Chalet Village Guests. Please see Guest Services at check in for clubhouse locations on the map.

The home was the perfect amount of secluded for us. It did not feel like we were a lone in the middle of no where but it also did not feel like we were shoulder to shoulder with people either. The house was perfectly placed to enjoy a private stay, and be only 5-10 minutes from tourist areas. We arrived in the middle of the night and we were mesmerized at the views even in the dark. The views from the back deck were stunning, especially at night. The mountain view from the front, across the street was breath taking. The game room was a lot of fun and kept us occupied while staying at the house. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, then there was 1 more attached to the game room. There was a small market just up the road that had a few groceries and a kitchen to order from which was awesome when we didn't feel like venturing all the way out into town. There also was a pizza place that delivered there which was great! Everything was clean, cozy, the host had a binder filled with information and ideas for the area. Speaking of, the host- he was 10/10, super friendly and welcoming. Our family looks forward to staying there again!

Misunderstood the view, thought is was over looking downtown Gatlinburg. Our view was still very pretty and the property was very clean, great time, thanks!

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We loved having a king bed and private bathroom for each of us. We all would definitely stay there again and hope to do so soon!

Location was great. Quiet and loaded with bear sitings. House has s good layout but needs alot of upkeep and a thorough cleaning. For the price we paid would expect much better. House is very dated. Furniture dirty, cobwebs all over, Been staying in Gatlinburg every fall for years this was a letdown.
