The house was a great location. Parking was easy. The road was not too windy getting to the cabin. Close to downtown and not 10 to uber if you wanna have a few smokes of moonshine. There is a small store near the cottage that sells beer/wine and whatever small supplies you would need. Great for a relaxing vacation with hot tub and fire pit. But, also close enough to hike and enjoy many activities

Property was in an ideal location close to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mtn National Park. We loved the porch for viewing bears that came through the yard. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was stocked and the hot tub was nice for relaxing in the evening.

Cabin notes This cabin did the justice of just sleeping. There was stone that was patched that fell and shattered because my friend hit her shoulder on the wall. The stone had been patched several times. Dryer didn’t work, so after clothes were done in the wash I put them in the dryer and we went out for the day and came home and clothes were dripping wet. I had to hang my clothes up all through the house for them to dry. I had called the front office to report that it wasn’t working and the lady seemed irritated with me. She sent a maintenance guy up to the house and he came in and said he would be right back and never came back. We waited about an hour and a half to leave the house thinking he was coming back but he never did. The house seem to be barely put together. Parts of the cement on the walls are broken and some are patched. The front porch is leaning downward. There was maybe one door and lock in the whole house that worked and that was the front door. I can’t tell you how many times I had someone walk in on me. Very irritating! Hot tub lights didn’t work along with some jets in the hot tub. It also had a thick greasy film in the water. And dishes in the house were very dirty. We did enjoy our time, it’s just very frustrating that we paid all that money to stay in a place that had all these issues.
