Superfreundliche Vermieter, moderne toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung ( Küche: top!). Südbalkon mit direktem Moselblick und allergikerfreundlichen Hartböden. Wir hatten Traumwetter und haben Ende Oktober noch in der Sonne auf dem Balkon gesessen. Cochem ist in ca. 4,5 Kilometern per Fuß-/Radweg direkt an der Mosel entlang gut zu erreichen, ausserdem verkehrt ein Linienbus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet in toller Lage direkt am Moselufer mit unglaublich freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermietern, die jederzeit gerne bei Fragen und Problemen helfen. Direkt vor der Wohnung am Ufer befinden sich Spielgelegenheiten für Kinder und eine kleine Bar / Imbiss mit leckerem Backfisch. Der Ort ist idyllisch und angenehm ruhig mit tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Weinberge und die gesamte Region.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, es fehlte an nichts: Sie war sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattete Küche, toller Blick vom Balkon auf die Mosel, ausreichende Parkplätze vor dem Haus und viel Platz in der Garage für die Fahrräder incl. Stromanschluss zum Aufladen von E-Bikes. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und sehr nett. Wir haben wirklich schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen unseren Urlaub verbracht und setzen diese Wohnung in allen Bereichen auf den ersten Platz. Wir können diese nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet, sauber und richtig gut ausgestattet. Man hat die Möglichkeit Fahrräder mitzunehmen und die in deren Garage sicher unter zu bringen. Das nächste Mal machen wir das. Waren für 3 Nächte dort. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die Mosel (Balkon)und direkt schräg gegenüber ist ein toller Spielplatz für Kinder zwischen 2 und 10 Jahre. Dort ist auch ein kleiner Zugang zum Wasser der im Notfall immer für Ablenkung gesorgt hat. Man ist schnell in Cochem, fußläufig kann man dort auch was essen gehen. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden.

Wir mögen es ruhiger gelegen, etwas abseits vom ganz großen Trubel, das war hier gegeben. Gleich am Moselradweg und mit Blick vom Balkon auf Mosel und Weinhänge. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und erhielten allerlei Tipps für Ausflüge und über die benachbarten Versorgungmöglichkeiten. Die Fahrräder (und der Radträger) konnten in der geräumigen Garage untergebracht werden. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind direkt gegenüber vorhanden. Ein paar Treppen muss man Mosel-seitig zum Haus hinaufsteigen und im Haus auch 2 Etagen. Wir haben damit keine Probleme. Es gibt auch einen hinteren Hauszugang "In der Schweiz Nr.5" ohne Außentreppen, nur so als Tipp für die Anreise mit großem Gepäck. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet auch mit großem TV, in der Küche haben wir nur eine Mikrowelle vermisst. Bettwäsche und reichlich Handtücher sind vorhanden. In der Infomappe im Wohnzimmer lag auch eine Wanderkarte der Umgebung, die hat uns gut geholfen. Eine kleine Bibliothek ist auch vorhanden, da sind Bücher für die verschiedensten Geschmäcker vorhanden. Heutzutage ist wohl WLAN fast wichtiger, ist vorhanden und der Code liegt vorm Internetradio. Beim Schlafen mit offenem Fenster hat uns aber der Verkehrslärm in den Morgenstunden gestört, wir haben morgens das Fenster geschlossen (sind von der Ruhe zu Hause verwöhnt). Insgesamt haben wir die Woche sehr gemütlich verbringen können, auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer gut war. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.

Het is een mooie vakantiewoning, waaraan niets ontbreekt. Opgemaakte bedden en handdoeken, alles is aanwezig. Voldoende ruimte in de garage van de eigenaar voor onze fietsen en vanaf het eigen balkon heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de Moezel. Kortom een aanrader!

Man bliver godt modtaget af familien Fuchs, som giver en grundig introduktion af alt som man har brug for at vide for at bo i lejligheden. Derudover får man gode idéer til hvad man kan gøre i området. Det går lidt stærkt, men hvis man ikke får det hele med, så ringer man blot på og bliver modtaget med et smil og får alle de svar man har brug for. Det er tæt på indkøbsmuligheder og hvis man er til vandring, så er der ture, som starter næsten i baghaven. Der er masser af muligheder for at smage og købe god vin i området. Det er et dejlig roligt område og er man til mere turisme og aktivitet kan man tage til Cochem, som kun er 3 km væk. Vi vil klart anbefale fam. Fuchs og kommer gerne igen.

En rigtig fin lejlighed med super beliggenhed - meget venlig og hjælpsom udlejer - virkelig rent og alt var i orden og større end billederne lige viser. Lækker altan med god plads og flot udsigt. Fred og ro og masser af muligheder for ture. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Prima onderkomen voor twee personen waar we zeer gastvrij zijn ontvangen door de Familie Fuchs (zonder opdringerig te zijn). Ruime slaapkamer met een groot comfortabel bed. Badkamer en keuken uitstekend verzorgd. Woonkamer misschien wat aan de kleine kant maar dat wordt gecompenseerd door een heerlijk ruim balkon op het zuiden met uitzicht op de Moezel en de wijngaarden. Aan alles is gedacht (bijvoorbeeld een goede wandel/fietskaart van de omgeving, spelletjes, kaarsen etc.). Valwig is een mooi en rustig wijndorp 3km buiten de toeristische hectiek van Cochem met een paar goede restaurants (verder geen winkels, daarvoor moet je naar Cochem). Vanuit het dorp kun je prachtige wandelingen maken, bijvoorbeeld de Apolloweg of de Brevaweg. Andere aanrader is een fietstocht langs de Moezel. Ook goed te doen zijn dagtochten naar Koblenz of Trier (met de trein vanuit Cochem bijvoorbeeld).

Wir waren mit unserem Enkelsohn (10 Jahre) 4 Tage zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Fuchs und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sehr schön ausgestattet. Für unseren Enkel wurde eine kuschelige Schlafecke eingerichtet. Vom Balkon genießt man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Mosel. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, so dass man vieles in der Umgebung erkunden kann. Nochmals vielen Dank an Familie Fuchs für die herzliche Aufnahme. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Schöne, saubere und gemütliche Fewo und sehr nette Vermieter. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt! Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die gegenüberliegenden Weinberge ist toll, die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage. Die Weinprobe hat uns gut gefallen, der Moselwein schmeckt sehr gut. Auf dem Apolloweg lässt es sich gut wandern entlang der Weinberge, wir hatten im November noch großes Glück mit dem Wetter. Die Wohnung kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an die Familie Fuchs
