About this house rental
Built in 1979 and renovated in 2016, the holiday home is a semi-detached house and functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.

There is no heating. Cserépkályha additional heating in the spring. Children's toys and internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception is via antenna, satellite.
