Incredible property! Enjoy staying at our house & cottage with private family beach and dock.
Secluded, private 3 Bedroom, 2 bath home on the water with private family beach and dock.
THE HOUSE-
Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath Cape Cod. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a king bed and a pull out couch. The first, with a twin over double bunk bed is an ideal spot for kids and teens, while the master has a king-size bed and water views. Our 3rd bedroom also features a king size bed.
Wifi, Cable, 65in HDTV. 2 King Beds, Double/Twin bunk. Pull out sofa.
Relax while watching boats pass as the sun sets or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Play a board game or enjoy a family meal at the table in the dining area—everything you need to prepare full group meals is available in the kitchen, complete with a great kitchen island perfect for entertaining.
You’ll find 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. The first, with a twin over double bunk bed with brand new beds it is an ideal spot for kids and teens, while the master has a king-size bed and water views. Our house also has lots of outdoor space including a wrap around deck.
Open-concept our home is an ideal spot for family time. Relax while watching boats pass as the sun sets or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.
Monomoscoy Island is just an 11-minute drive to South Cape Beach and shopping at The Mashpee Commons.
The towns of Mashpee and East Falmouth have lots of family-friendly dining and entertainment options, including the Mashpee Commons, New Seabury and the Children’s Museum.

We stayed here with two young kids and four adults. The property was clean and safe and there was plenty of space. The little beach was very nice for the kids to visit with clean sand and clear water. Going into Mashpee Commons was an easy drive. The desk furniture was really nice too and there were lots of spaces to eat. The listing was accurate and the host was very responsive and made the check in/out process stress free. The only thing we would change would be having more pantry space available for food but we just kept things on the counter and it was no big deal. We used the grill onsite to cook dinner multiple nights and it was so nice to have that option too!

This property is set up right. Seating everywhere for adults to watch kids on the small beach. 2 moms and 4 kids 8/10 year olds. So pleasant, highly suggest!

Had a great stay with the family by the Lake at Cape Cod. Great location by waterfront with private beach to launch owners canoes & paddle boards. Had well stocked kitchen, bbq, fire bowl, large living room, garden space. Lots to do around .
Improvements: air con in rooms noisey, and bunk beds not so comfortable for teens.

The location is pretty ideal - on the water with a dock (we rented SUPs from Mocean and had a blast), close to the beaches and shopping. Oh, and the ample yard is great for games and general goofing around. The house itself was also great. We were 2 adults and 4 teenagers and there was more than enough room in the spacious rooms (with clean and comfortable linens). The kitchen was surprisingly (for a rental) well stocked with appliances and gadgets. The living spaces were amazing and very much appreciated on the 1.5 rainy days in our week. We rent on Monomoscoy every summer (this year our regular rental wasn’t available because we changed weeks) and this is the best place to stay.
