About this house rental
Beautifully decorated, with a modern chic style this is a spacious townhouse with stunning sunset views and overlooking the turquoise, crystalline waters that have made the Bahamas a famous vacation spot. The townhouse is located in a very safe gated community and it is within waking distance to several restaurants. The community have two pools and there is a sandy beach less than 5 min away by walk. The house has a full kitchen well equipped with stainless steel appliances, utensils and granite countertops. There are two markets about two miles away accessible through the local bus service or by taxi. The BahaMar hotel complex with a casino and multiple variety restaurants is also about 1 1/2 miles away. The three bedrooms will confortably accommodate a family of 6. The first bedroom is a master with a queen bed an ample closet and a balcony. The second bedroom has two tween beds and a closet and the last bedroom has a queen bed with a closet and a window to the ocean. All bedrooms have a bathroom attached. For convenience the townhouse is also equipped with a washer and dryer. We have three beach chairs and towels that you can bring to the beach and the pools, just please remember to bring them back to the house with you.

My four friends and I stayed for a week and loved it! We wanted a gated community and privacy and that’s exactly what we got. The host, Barbara, responded to all my messages quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Our private chef, Perry Sweeting with Simply Dine, created the most perfect meals and was pleased with the kitchen and tableware, etc. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. All bedrooms had ceiling fans, which was a nice touch too. We’ll definitely return. Thank you,Barbara, for taking care of us. You are a 5 star host!!!

This is our second time staying at this property and we had a great stay again. The location is perfect and we the property manager Barbara is super responsive. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our week long stay and we couldn't have asked for a better location, more beautiful view, and unit! It was perfect for our family of 4 and well stocked with everything needed. Our kids, although older, spent hours on the patio making friends with the hermit crabs and exploring the tide pools. The wind kept us from snorkeling at this location but the waves crashing on shore were stunning and we found plenty of things to do by hoping on the jitneys. I must not forget to sing the praises of the lovely caretaker, Barbara. She is a true gem! She went above and beyond our expectations! Thank you for making our stay just that much better!
