This place is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We found it spotlessly clean and well equipped. A short ride from the airport and close to a beach. My only recommendation would be to get a rental car if you’re staying more than 1 night .

The property is beautiful! The host (Ambry Moss) was super! Maintained open contact for any questions or concerns we may have had. Which were none since he provided more than adequate information about our stay and accommodations.
Five of us stayed at the property for several nights. We walked to the local eateries and beach.
Host left welcoming snacks, fruit and water.
We enjoyed the upstairs patio and downstairs back yard patio.
Very clean, quiet, pretty with a beach decor. There were even beach towels and beach chairs provided for our use !

The place was reasonably clean (we did kill a cockroach in the kitchen) but very basic. Nice coffee maker and bottled water provided but very limited kitchen supplies (only 4 bowls for example so two of us ate cereal out of mugs). No towel rack or hand towel in the downstairs bathroom, and blankets provided for the king size bed were much smaller than the bed. Bed frames were somewhat creaky/flimsy and there were no bedside tables or lamps. Backyard was nice but we were only there one night so didn’t really use it. Neighborhood dogs were barking on and off all night which kept us up. It’s a pleasant, safe seeming neighborhood and the management was very responsive. Their new cleaner hadn’t left sheets for the futon but when I asked for them someone brought them over within the hour. The futon bed is tippy when folded down. Overall this place is not a bad option and the management is good, but it feels very much like a simple/cheap rental versus a cozy home.
